Got this via Uswitch last year. No problems with set up or transferring my number to Lebara. So far no problems whatsoever. I have used just about every provider Orange EE Virgin Asda Tesco O2 3 Vodafone Giffgaff BT etc down here on the south coast. Have to say BT and Lebara have been the best to date.

This Lebara package is cheap so im sticking with them.

Yes, Just moved from 3, service wasn’t good on 3, but absolutely excellent with Lebara, And transfer of number was easy, tbh very happy 😃 and will be staying with them, prices and packages very reasonable, as well £10.00 free on Transfer and don’t forget TopCashback!
Very Happy Customer!!

Can you tell me how long it took to transfer your number? I'm currently with Plusnet but when I moved to them from 3, I had awful problems with Plusnet on trying to transfer my number. In the end, I just gave up and asked for a new number, but would like to keep my current number this time.

Hi, tbh took less than 48hrs, I was dreading a long wait, but tbh it was quick enough for me.
Maybe check your Coverage on Vodafone, but on the whole very good.
any roaming?
Isn’t GiffGaff (for example) better?! 81GB, unlimited minutes and texts each month and no contract for £20!

Hi
I gave them my Pac code on Monday this week by online chat. Then for a text telling me Port would happen between 5-9pm Tuesday. Sky mobile disconnected me lunch time and Just after 6pm number all ported over.

I left giffgaff (O2) as found data speeds so slow. Moved to plusnet (Ee) then moved to Skymobile (O2) which has better speeds than giffgaff. This week just moved to Lebara. So for me it’s about the data speeds and 3 years ago just found them too slow and was impressed with sky mobile. The disadvantage of sky mobile though is that it’s a 12 month lock in. When wife is out of her 12 months will mover her to Lebara. The ad is true you can’t get better for £5

GiffGaff runs off of the 02 network so is it possible for it to be any different to Skymobile?!

I’ve been with GiffGaff for years and never have any issues whatsoever.

Giffgaff fast speed is only upto 25g then it slows down.
Got 2 sims with these atm, no problems with signal or service so far, They didn't pay out the Topcashback tho, declined both times

They limit your speed after 25g so no good for my IPTV.

That’s annoying. Why was it declined?

Topcashback never tell you what the reason is, the status just goes from pending to declined, you can appeal it but from my experience its just pointless, ive still got cases open from 2 years ago appealing a decision and nothing has ever come of it. To be fair they arn't the only ones, i find most phone/internet/tv providers dont pay it, ive had cashback declined fro plusnet (both broadband and mobile), virgin and three. However recently O2 paid out which was nice. never rely on cashback to make a deal good, always assume its just a bonus

Just don't use the ones who refused you in the past.

You could, but sometimes they have the best deals or best service in your area so you might want to use them regardless if the cashback pays out or not. I learnt the hard way not to trust them to pay out, did an 18 month contract for plusnet broadband, deal with cashback was great, deal without the cashback was not so good, it was £110 worth of cashback and they didn't pay. I learnt a valuable (yet expensive) lesson.

Don't get me wrong its annoying when they dont pay, but i never expect it, not anymore.

Not good if you do everything right.
Hopefully I gonna get some cash back when my broadband and mobile go down to a tenner a month instead of £50.Bring it on Voxi

Whys that? Iv'e never had one pay out thats been decline, even after doing a claim, most times they'll just tell you the retailer denied the cashback and no reason was given. In my experience anyway.
Can’t decide between this and voxi. Voxi are way more responsive on their social media channels, and seem to try and sort problems out for people. Lebara is a slightly better deal but don’t seem as good with their customer service.

Voxi is unlimited and not just for social apps. My data counter hasn't moved in 5 months get Voxi .It's been u/l since last July apparently so hopefully a few more months yet.

Yeah, although I’m not counting on that as it might not apply for new accounts or might get removed soon
It's still working for people on here and you could cancel it straight away as it's 30 day.
Anyway Lebara uses Vodafone and Voxi is Vodafone.
