30GB Three Advanced Plan 12 month

So I have been looking for a sim only deal and this one seems decent.

So the £16 deal is for "existing customers" however I am only with three pay as you go, yet it still shows me this deal. So anyone could pop to their local news agents and buy a £1 three sim, register and get this deal.

Otherwise it is £18 for new customers.

Great thing about this deal is that all 30gb can be tethered! sure that will keep some of you happy!

UPDATE: Hotukdeals member jaypr reporting that he got the £18 deal without the £2 off, but through topcashback, taking this deal down to about £12 quid, also worth considering if you like using cashback sites.

How are they a nightmare? You have a 12 month contract, if you want to leave after 12 month you hand in your notice. Simples!

Just be warned, they are a nightmare when leaving three. I won't be going with them again no matter how good of a deal.

Heat added. I've added this exact plan to my account this week for our Doris.

If you need a little more, OP. I get unlimited data, texts and 600 mins with 30GB hotspot for £19 a month. I've heard of people getting it a little less. Always worth an ask if you need it

This is brilliant. I went for 20gb BT plan for £16, 48 hours ago (wanted bt sport app and amazon voucher) but if the extra data is of value then Wow! this is really good!

Buzz, I did try calling three to double check before posting this deal to the good folks on here, person on the phone said that was the best I could get.

Original Poster

JumpMan shame that deal cost more for non BT customers, that amazon voucher turned my head!

They offered me this about a week ago, but I gladly turned it down as I have got a much better one just for a £1 more - unlimited mins / texts / data, 4gb tethering and 'feel at home'.

Good if you use more than 30gb on your phone I guess... but not being able to tether all that data?? meh! I am sure for most people, being able to tether full allowance would be much more useful.

For me personally being able to use 30GB via tethering is a great back up should my home internet ever die!

I have been with Three since September last year and have encountered no issues whatsoever. They called me last month to amend my package as I very rarely use minutes. They offered me Unlimited Data; Unlimited Texts; 200 mins plus 30gb tethering for just £14 p/m. An absolute steal.

Great deal and heat added.

Was going to go for this but was looking about and noticed quidco are offering £50 cashback. So if you go for the original £18pm deal minus the £50 it works out £13.83pm.

Careful with this offer - it's for 'additional plans' for existing customers. Having just resigned for an £18pcm (same offer, £2 more) deal, I called them to ask why it was now £16. They said it was for additional SIMs only and not for renewal of contract.

That simple If you don't need a PAC, they had a full scale argument with me about why I should stay with them ( Indian call centre) eventually after about an hour being passed to differnt people I got it. Then I got final bill saying I was in credit , then 6 weeks later another final bill for £38 saying it was for my final month ( they said they don't bill in advance)

Will pop in a store today I think, thanks for that.

Just call them They will happily offer this deal to any three customer

less than 1mb download bandwidth between 12am-12pm, in my area. Not a good idea for a broadband substitution.

A £5 all-you-can-eat data addon is available, which only giv another 30GB for tethering.

Err, you just ask for your PAC, and get it by text a few minutes later.

Phoned customer service and only offered £18.

My contract is up as well, only offered £18 not sure where this £16 deal is.

download 3 app and look for MORE>ACCOUNT>Exclusive customer offers

I spent hours over a two day period trying to get £16 instead of £18 they would have none of it nor could I get the £19 offer. I have got four contracts with them hey said £16 was for an additional sim I did consider taking the extra sim then cancelling the out of contract sim but it was too much bother

Can i get this if i already own a pay as you got 3 sim card (haven't used it yet though), if so where will i find the offer?

Try Dialing 333 from you phone and speak to the sales team. I have my details registered on my account with three.

I had no issues they even discounted contract so I could leave with no penalty due to no 4g around my property

I got this deal for £9 a month around 7th april. Snapped the guys hand off when he said the price.
30gb data, 600 mins, unlimited txts, 2000 3 to 3 minutes. £9 for 12 months

I got it for £15

they are paying me to have this deal

Can't get it as in a year contract for a sim with 4gb of data. In any event told it was for additional sims only.

Found it but it is only for an additional SIM, tried calling and was told that as well.

Still at £18/month still suits me as my home broadband is 2M and with three on 4G it is 40M

Voting cold due to the dependability of the network. I was with three for quite number of years after getting their offers but later realised that if you switch outside you will get good packages with dependable network. 3's coverage is very bad across the country. I moved to vodaphone rated as the worst provider but found better package , high data speed and more coverage than the three network. Much better sim only packages available now.. so voting cold.

been on he phone they said even if I use the three app to get this deal it will not work as its for an extra new contract ?
is this true as I have two deals but says nothing about extra contract on the plans. just don't know what to do here

You could transfer your number to PAYG sim with another provider then transfer it back to 3?

UPDATE: just spoken to three, and got this deal for £16 quid, and as i am an existing customer he happily gave me an extra 2000 three to three minutes.

Also, he told me something quite interesting.. Three are rolling out their new 800mhz band meaning indoor coverage is going to be getting much better! Nice!

So they sending out my new sim, should be here on Tuesday, then all i have to do is call them back, and they will transfer my current number over to the new sim card.

Happy days!
