Quote from the offer posted yesterday: -

If the total cost of the items you have bought is £19.99 or more, you qualify for free postage!

This applies to the UK mainland only and excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles and any other island off the mainland.

The £19.99 minimum order threshold is calculated after any discount code or gift vouchers have been deducted.

If you messaged the seller, I'm sure they would be prepared to post out if the additional postage charges were met :-)

Hey, I was actually supporting you! Someone was complaining because Ireland wasn't included, so I showed them that a main supplier also excluded based on the fact they aren't based on mainland. I've rated it hot! I actually read and opened up the link to the deal, and THEN was scrolling through new deals and saw yours. Read the comment about postage so thought I would check out what yesterdays supplier did about postage.

Chill and nice find :-)

New ? Without tags or retail packaging??!!!! HMMMM?????

Hmmm look & make up your own minds... "cough, counterfeit cough"

Seller cannot get their own location correct, nor spelling of stevenagE, which is HERTFORDSHIRE, not HEREFORDSHIRE, located towards the west side of the uk.

The seller is based in Norfolk right? according to the advert.

Then there is the email ...wholly suspect, think "molle" brand is just being counterfeited to hell at the moment, will give both recent molle deals a wide berth.

Not to mention the mass of clear "chinglish" within their other very chinese sourced items for sale..

Consider yourselves mug punters if you "buy to rely" on this.

Was thinking the same thing. Ima hold back until I am confident it's the real deal rather than a cheap fake.

Molle isn't a brand, it's an acronym meaning " Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment". It's a military standard so loads of contractors can make it and it still clips together.

Having said that at £10 of course it won't be actual brand new Army issue but it can follow the same pattern.

Not that Army issue means much, the kit is always made by the contractor who put in the biggest bribe or the cheapest quote.

Unless I'm seriously mistaken his comment was a reply to the original post, not your comment

I wouldn't be spending £10 on something with MOLLE.... that will break super easy.
.. but i suppose 99% of people who buy this on here wont be using the MOLLE rigging anyway!

I live on the edge of the Scottish Highlands so I am used to being occasionally excluded when it comes to product delivery.

What really does my head in is where eBay sellers say they are using Royal Mail but charge extra to deliver to the Highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland.

There are a lot of shysters on eBay these days using all kinds of loopholes and eBay don't seem to give a damn so long as they are creaming off the profits. For example, you could list a brand new iPad for well over retail price but within the listing give the option to buy an elastic band for £199.99 (or 99p if you feel generous). If buyers list by price including shipping (or just price), your well over the retail price iPad will be at the top (or near it) because of the elastic band.

And why do we have to include US listings by default which charge extortionate shipping and do not include import duties which are added later.

I still have to use it sometimes but screw eBay.

Yeah, i've pretty much put that in the other molle bag deal thread, Molle is a bit like sabatier, ..anyone can use it, we aren't used to the origins of the word / term (ignorance ..till informed) & therefore use it akin to an "assured" brand name.

MR GUS

Molle is a bit like sabatier...

How is MOLLE like Sabatier, exactly? Sabatier, from what I understand, denotes origin and quality and does not imply any kind of compatibility. I'd suggest that MOLLE is more like Bluetooth, ISO 216 or British Standard Whitworth (BSW).
Edited by: "flamesong" 6th Aug 2014

sabatier didn't trademark the name so anyone can use it is the short version

come on, think about it, people typically see sabatier as a brand in itself despite, the same is being applied here with the term molle,
just read the post again!
(hint, it is so widely known, that a word becomes a brand, think hoover as a generalised term for anything in the past 50years that picks up crud from the floor, now apply that same aspect to someone chucking out cheap knives under the "implied" sabatier box print.

((Although vacuum cleaner is a neutral name, in some countries (UK, Ireland) hoover is used instead as a genericized trademark, after one of the first and more influential companies in the development of the machine, but actually irrespective of the brand used ..like kleenex for facial tissue))

flamesong, just go read the other molle thread, I don't want to confuse people with another copy & paste duplication.

No, but hey if it's listed there too then great the more people who pay less the better. Feel free to trawl through all the comments on that one and let me know

Delivery an extra £1.99 when I try and buy the coyote tan bag.

Seems prices have now jumped and no free delivery either??
