Good deal

Is this better that the Hanspree?

I've got a new flat, feeling a bit bored - I'm buying this! Next I'm getting napkins for the family for Christmas.

i looked at the hanspree and read several reviews which said the blacks werent very good on it, this one has a higher contrast rating bigger speakers and is cheaper then the hanspree also the black casing makes the picture look more defined (so i read in some reviews)i believed this coz all the big names seemed to be in black so kinda makes sense thats the reason i went for this one hope this helps

i just had a look at the tele on tesco and the only one i can find for 349.99 has exactly the same model number as the one i brought, also i cant find any mention of the freeview decoder?????

Great posting, but you needn't have bothered with all that bumph from the Dixons website, half of which is inaccurate anyway. 'Flat Screen NO' - of course it has a flat screen, it's a bloody LCD. 'Auto Tune NO' - I don't believe that for a minute. I haven't bought a telly in ten years that didn't tune itself when you switched it on for the first time. 'No of Scarts: 2.' Who cares? Has it got HDMI, that's what we want to know. 'Widescreen option: NO.' WTF? It is widescreen!

Frankly I wouldn't have bothered posting anything except the weight and dimensions... and I'm not even sure if I'd believe them.

I'm not knocking your posting, or the product, just the Dixon's website, carrying online the glorious DSG tradition of gormless sales assistants talking total sh!te to the customers...

voted hot, rep left, btw...

I just got the hannspree and the blacks look black to me. Contrast ratios aren't accurate and the hannspree looks aesthetically brilliant unlike this Orion (reminds me of a Bush).

is that advert correct though as most of the bits that you'd want it says NO, so does that mean it doesn't have them, pretty basic stuff like widescreen, onscreen display.....

also says OOS.

any info on the resolution this can do if hooked up to your pc (i assume via dvi adaptor)?

have a read of this on avforums ]ORION TV-32082

Voted hot for a good price, but buyers beware...Iused to work in electrical sales for many years and usually, you DO get what you pay for. These might do the job, but will be very cheaply manufactured using cheap components. Service centres are full of these type of products. Generally you are a bit safer with 'static' products at the cheaper end i.e no moving parts, but i always have and always will buy top quality brands. Sony/Toshiba/Pioneer/Panasonic etc. Worth the extra if you've got the choice.

Still OUT OF STOCK.

Since last friday.

I must have been lucky. Getting it delivered on Saturday. The money's gone out of my account and all, so I better get it!

is it an lcd or plasma? and does anyone know if it is any good for use with an x box 360?

-shakes head- the title says lcd?...

The graphics will be good but it wont support 1080p, which is what you want for the best

This is now in stock and 5% discount code available - HIGH5

Sold Out.
