Anyone used this company before?]Just found this about them

Yeah i live round the corner from them , they're a big shop but i guess like any retailer theres bound to be the odd unhappy customers but i've personally brought a lot of stuff from them with no problems to date.

good price , thanks .

Thank you for that - rep to you

Yes, I have used them on and off over a period of about 12 years now.

CS is below par to be honest and I only use them as a last resort.

Cheers

Al

Thanks for that wont be buying from them

Thanks for the warning re. bad service: I would have been very tempted otherwise.

I note on the link for this item they describe stock status as "Normally in Stock". What sort of assurance is that?!

I have found these larger memory usb flash drive very unreliable.

ive used ebuyer and eclipse computers for a period of4 years. Overall, i dont think ebuyers customer service is any better... So if you can buy from ebuyer, you can buy from eclipse..

Years ago they were very competetive, but rarely seem to be lately, and I only once had to return something, but that meant a 3 hour wait, since then I have only used them once for an item I HAD to have that day. As near as I am to them, life is just too short :-(

Eclipse sound terrible - I'll certainly avoid buying anything from there.

Also - 16GB sticks are still £5 at Class Olson. Two of them and a tiny USB hub would save monies, and you get the option of RAIDing them both for a performance boost.

If I was looking for a 32gb flash drive I would seriously also consider the Flash Voyager from Corsair which comes with a ten year warranty for only ten pounds more (add a basket filler to bring the value about 49.99 to get free delivery)

2 things: why would i need a 32 gb memory stick and do not trust them!! Unless you can go into the store directly.
