The link takes you to the Aeroflot site and books in Euros, however for better protection book it from a UK travel agent.

I used travelocity to find the dates when the cheap fares are available, by clicking on dates are flexible, when searching for the flights.

Opodo is doing it for £341 flying out 19th Feb returning 27 Feb. Expedia is doing it for £356.

Just book with the comany that suits you.

Just discovered, October right through to March is available, including December.

Southall Travel are doing it for £336.63 and called Fight Centre to book they are doing it for £336 too, they have a guarantee to beat any fare.

Booking class is L, earns 25% Flying Blue miles if you collect Flying Blue Miles.

Hope this helps somebody too.

Nice find
Brilliant find, I am very tempted as I've wanted to visit Japan for years. In addition to your deal, I can vouch for Southall Travel who I have dealt with a couple of times already in the past when booking for the States. I think they are affiliated with cheapticket.co.uk
Nice find but not so sure about the airline.
Bargain, heat added.
Did this route over 20 years ago never again, more than half the on-board toilets locked because the floors were soaked in urine Not voted

In context, this is a great fare.

Considering, all other airlines are charging £600ish. The tax alone is normally £300 on a flight to Japan.

Especially, since it's also available over Xmas for just £70ish more. You can't go wrong. But the £336 fare is available the 1st 2 weeks of December.

If your bank offers a travel service like RBS Royalties or Lloyds TSB, they'll actually take a percentage off and throw in lounge passes. Worth giving them a call.

Wouldn't risk it after watching this last night..

Probably cheap as it will only be a one way flight!

just had a check through the site in euros and it is cheap until they added taxes of more than the cost of the flight! (1 Adult: 325.00 + taxes: 356.21 = 681.21 EUR) all flights will be connecting by the looks
I'd rather eat a load of Spanish cucumbers than fly with aeroflot!
Nice find:

been out for a while, first posted on german forums and then flyer talk - YQ fuel surcharge is missing so get it while you can.
I wonder why I think of Ryamair as soon as I hear the word Aeroflot?
They would need to pay me more than £336 to fly with them.

agreed
Are any of the cheap flights non-stop? The ones I've found all seem to require a stop over in Moscow of up to a day.

I like the bit in one of the reviews where the bloke had to stand because someone had taken his seat and wouldn't budge. Even Ryanair don't make you stand (yet)!

Hi,

The dates are still available, to get the best connections you need to either fly out on a Sunday or Friday and return on a Saturday or Monday.

Example dates:

09th December return 17th December or 19th December.

11th December returning on 17th December or 19th December.

19th Feb Return 27th Feb.

16th March Return 24th March.

Hope this helps.

FYI; there's usually a transfer at moscow for flights from seoul or tokyo. Moscow airport is a nightmare, the staff are incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful and there's nothing in English.
I'll agree it is a bargain, if you consider it takes you half way around the world for such a small amount.

However on such a long flight you might wish you'd paid a few quid more
Aeroflot is not a nice airline (although perfectly safe on the international flights). Flew with them last year to go to Hong Kong - had promised myself never again, but... I've still gone ahead and booked this, as it is very cheap for such an airfare!!!

Sheremetyevo isn't much fun, but even with all its faults, cheerful staff and run down appearance....I'd still rather change planes there than in Paris CDG

Anyone that books, bear in mind that if your transfer is over 24 hours, apart from amazing levels of boredom in the airport you'll most likely need a transit visa too.
I don't like flying. Voted cold!
Not only is the airline crap I rather not spend a long haul flight with Russians

Great price though!!

Non stop on a Russian airline from UK to Japan! It's hardly likely. I know some people would like to think that LHR is the centre of the universe, and life as we know it would cease to exist without it, but I don't think the Russians see it the same way.
won't touch this airline even if it's free....
Flew with Air Japan when I went a couple of years back.

And, having read those Aeroflot reviews, I'd pay the extra to fly with them again!

Having said that, this is a LOT cheaper and Japan is a hard place to get to on a tight budget so the deal is hot even if the airline is stone cold ....
Hong Kong for €550 too.
£549 non-stop to HK on Air New Zealand still avaliable last time I checked.
Very very dodgy airline, my dad had the misfortune of using it in the 70's and he said it was a journey from hell, about 5 years ago some of relatives used it, and promised never again. It seems that a raft made with a bale of straw is much safer and pleasant than this airline from hell.

Well said! :-)
There are times when if you pay peanuts you can expect monkeys, this rings true with Aeroflot

Likewise Ryanair.
Brave call to fly Aeroflot - have only done the Moscow leg in person. Fine on an airbus, but the Illyushin 96 - that was some experience, even having the good fortune to turn left when entering the plane..
Wow. A lot of misinformed people here. Considering this is a money saving forum, a little surprised at the somewhat snobby attitude. SU have had an awful reputation in the past for safety and service but now they are part of Skyteam, they have to adhere to strict codes of conduct.

I booked this route for £350 last year via ABC-Travel. Its an A320 to SVO, then a brand new A330 to NRT. No problems whatsoever, and far better IFE than BA/VS etc. They use Terminal D at SVO, which is brand new.

The only thing I would mention is you should watch out for long layovers at SVO. Some days they vary from 3 hours to 24! Pick the best combination of flights to minimise downtime.
Good price but would anyone want to fly with aeroflop!?!

You are a low educated nationalist who hardly ever travel farther than Cornwall. Please read the comment from schooleydoo.
