I bought the B22 version of this twin pack for £14.29 on the 6th Nov. They are okay. I would certainly buy more at this price.

LEDs were brought in to save energy = money. I wonder how long a £7.50 smart bulb would have to last before it made a saving over the cost of using incandescent bulbs?

I'd guesstimate around 6 years... but you also have to factor in the cost of eyecare, as I find led lighting terrible to read by, or do close work :/

At 50 watt per hour saving and say 4 hours per day on average over a year

That's 200 watts a day or 70 kW a year st an average of 15p a kW they pay for themselves in 8 months.

Loosing extra heat with LED bulbs?

I never realised that the savings were that dramatic. An ordinary 60W= LED (at around £2) should pay for itself in under 3 months then.

Incandescent lamps convert most of their energy into heat !

I think that most people who have ever touched an incandescent bulb after it's been on for a while know that

It still doesn't explain the logic behind the, 'plus you must budget for the extra heat you are loosing with led.', comment.
Can someone help me out...I cannot find the voucher! Am I being stupid?

means the heat incandescent bulbs produce, but by that arguement you need to allow for cooling that heat in the summer

No. It looks like that deal has finished. However they are on a Lightning Deal for £18.34 for the next 8 hours. Obviously not as good but still a saving of £4.60.
