10€ for what? A family of 4? Ever tried camping with other half and a couple of kids for one night?

£39 for a night is good for a family.

You beat me to it. I was busy looking for the deal(s) which are (typically) non existent .
well dodgy and just an affiliate link link
For the room to be that prices it would have to be a location where no one goes and at a time when no one does

The worst premier inn to my mind is the one in the centre of Maistone, on the river, in Kent, there are some double saver rooms there in October November and December for about £29-£32. It looked shabby when they built it and it's even shabbier now!

Isn't that a Travelodge? The Premier Inn is away from the river, up the hill a bit. I've stayed in both and they were ok I've you were in the room.

i know what you mean, Ibis Hotel in carlisle wanted me to pay £200 just for my pet collie staying there with us for 7 days, so £39 is not bad at all, but do miss the days of the £9 travelodge rooms !

I think the person you are quoting doesn't live in the real world.

They sleep with a bike riding dog that works to help pay it's way,but sometimes pays for the odd place in euros and via cheque

That was my original post, you then said
"Isn't that a Travelodge? The Premier Inn is away from the river, up the hill a bit. I've stayed in both and they were ok I've you were in the room"
(by the way, it isn't 'up the hill').
I then said
"No, there are several"
You then said
"The premier Inn web site only has one hotel in central Maidstone, actually in the town .... but I'm sure you know best"
I then said
"Actually there are three in the Maidstone area. I didn't mention in central Maidstone."
Only YOU subsequently mentioned Central Maidstone.

There isn't a Premier Inn in central Maidstone 'on the river' the only one is on London Road, which is definitely a hill.
just checking back in to see if the crazy bloke had commented again. #centralmaidstone
Would book with them if they offered any cashback TCB or Quidco. But going Holiday Inn instead
