questions that always come up.

1. who do they use - EE
2. can I port my number, yes even from EE
3. what is the signal like - check EE coverage checker, you may not get the full fat EE signal though but generally its around the same. Depending on area I have had up to 25Mb
4. I am with PlusNet already can I get the deal - yes webchat or call them they will do it for you even to the like of uswitch offers.
5. this is a 30 day contract you can change at any time.

Just beware plusnet have load of offers, they have specials with lots of sites and other deals can be found depending on the offers that are out there even better deals than their own site.

What???? Are you number blind???

Are you only able to see the words Data, Mins and Text?

If you're unable to understand figures then I think your enjoyment of hotukdeals is going to be heavily curtailed.

OK - I'll spell it out to you..

It differs from the other deals because the numbers are different.

I hope that helps.

Daughter get 4gb of 4g data , 1500 mins and unlimited texts for £7.95 . Phone them up and see what can be got .

I’m currently using BT as a mobile provider who own Plusnet. The reception around me ( the north west ) in the E E Network is shocking and when my contract runs out I won’t be using E E again! Voted hot for the price though!

Do you still need a PUK code and all that nonsense to change mobile suppliers now?

LOL, good luck. EE has by far the best coverage (and I travel around the country a lot). You'll be back.

Also £2 more p/m will get you 5GB data with more minutes and text.

Thanks for this , this will be great for our up coming holiday to France and then cancel when I get back

Only if you want to port your number from another network

also £11 cashback via TopCashback on this offer , only catch is stay for minimum 60 days to qualify for cashback

Good price is that for all customers?

Doesn’t in my area! Around Lancaster and the lakes O2 has the better coverage

Reception is horrific in east/central London, do not go for this, you will regret it and cancel as family members have done.

I'm currently with giffgaff 5gb for £15pm. Heard mixed reviews about Plusnet mobile so not sure wether to switch. What's their 4G speeds like and general coverage compared to giffgaff???
I've checked the online maps but i prefer people's experience over business data.

"business data" I.E. Coverage maps will tell a much better story than peoples opinions on the internet.. Unless those are the opinions held by people who live, work and commute exactly as you do
Honestly though don't make the mistake that I and countless others have made, read a few X has terrible coverage and Y is much better or friends / family slating a network because they don't get coverage in their basement. Stick to the facts.

I've not had any issues with the mobile side of things put their customer service has been top notch for broadband.

I used to be on giffgaff myself and move to plusnet in February this year. Internet 4g is much better speeds gg I was getting 10mb now I'm getting 26mb. Customer service is 24/7 and actual human beings who you can talk to unlike giffgaff. Signal and call quality no issues. Overall best decision I made was leaving giffgaff

Can you tether on this package?

i just took out a sim ony deal with plusnet yesterday, waiting for my number to be ported..i paid £6 rolling monthly contract for 1000minutes , unlimite texts, and 2GB of data...not to bothered about minutes or texts but 3.5gb of rollover data...wonder if they can give me that instead ?

You need PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) to change mobile network not PUK.

It's a rolling 30 contract, your unused data allowance does not roll over. Just to clarify.

Good deal but their constantly changing deals are getting tiresome, why can't they just have a package of deals that doesn't change every 2 weeks?!

Im currently with giffgaff pay £5 for 100mb, 150mins, 500text.
Mostly used mins and data.
What i like about giffgaff is you are not tied to one Goodybag can change it after a month.

However, I want more data and mins for around the same price. Is there any current good deals around? Mostly use data for the internet, whatsapp/viber,and youtube. How much would suffice ? 2gb? I only need data when im out if not just use the Wifi home and at work.

Any ideas when this expires ? Took out a sim only with The Peoples Operator but their Internet coverage is pants and i"m not to keen on their registering for foreign use - send 3 months bank statements and pay £50 deposit just to use abroad , not like they haven"t got your DD details to charge you if you run up a bill ...

Thanks for the reply. The reason i say "business data" is because on the maps it shows great signal in certain areas close to me, and yet when im there i get no signal at all. My partner is with the same carrier and has the same issue so was trying to find a more reliable provider. Ive never been with ee/plusnet so i guess theres only one way to find out. The bonus is with it also only being a 30 day contract.

Yeah ive literally just switched to GG today. The 4G seems pretty consistent which is good, but if i can save money switching then its a no brainer really. Thanks for the feedback, think i will contact GG tomorrow to get my PAC

Just switched 4 phones onto their last £5 deal. Problem after problem, still not fully sorted after a month. Customer service is abysmal & waiting times are long. Coverage is meh, looking to leave once a better deal comes along. You'd think I'd learn after their crappy broadband a decade back. The money they spend telling us how great they are should be spent on staff training/customer service!.
