Of course, just get your pac from your current network and give it to Plusnet.
I tried to get 2 of these last night, one for my wife and one for me.

They say Plusnet won't put 2 sims on one contract??? So for 2 sims I'd need 2 payment plans and 2 credit checks!
I'm not aware of any other network where you can't have at least 4 sims on one contract!

Considering Virgin are doing 5 gig with rollover for £9 and are happy to put 2 sims on one contract Plusnet have lost out...
I'm currently on a 4gb, 1000 mins, 5000 text deal with Tesco for £11 pm. And they've always been good. They were the cheapest at first now I keep seeing these deals popping up and they're no longer there, and they don't price match. If Plusnet are good, I might have to consider switching. £3 extra is £3 better off in my account.

I had nothing but problems with them, but that my just be me.

My biggest problem with plusnet mobile is that their solution to damn near every problem is "we are going to send you a new sim card, it will be with you in three working days", then they sit there twiddling their thumbs hoping the problem will go away during the delivery time.

Fussy user here... been with them for 6 months. Zero issues and good service.
Hate their adverts- all that folksy stuff. The actor is "TV" fat so not too fat - all nicely calculated advertising drivel.

Thanks for allowing me to share (and vent).
can you "upgrade" to this plan if you're an existing plusnet customer?

joined plusnet last month with their pretty good deal of £7 for 2GB/1000mins/30 days contract (widespread deal all over tv adverts), but for £1 more this uswitch deal gets quite abit of upgrade.

edit: jsut read the small prints and it says "Available to new and existing customers signing up at plus.net/mob…l18 between 11th April 2018 and 27th April 2018."

can you phone plusnet CS and ask them to upgrade to this package?

Been with them for well over a year.
Pretty good network, but if you have issues their "send you a new SIM" service is a waste of time and from what I've heard you risk losing your number.

Recently, my family have been having connection issues with Plusnet (very slow data and calls that take a while to connect), but it seems to be a local problem covering North Hampshire that comes and goes.
Their EE coverage is good, but these connectivity issues are making me consider switching networks, even though I did manage to wrangle two good contract deals from Plusnet.

Rang them up and bought two connections over the phone. Hope it works the same
Gosh darn it. I'm paying £8.50 for 3.5gb and 2000mins....

Maybe a call to retentions is in order. I needs that 50p.

FWIW, switched to Plusnet this month from Three, no issues so far. Number port was quick and easy to sort.

It's worth trying - I've got 3.5gb of data and unlimited minutes and texts for £6 a month!

I think this is what's classed as a first world problem
I'm currently with three, but I would like to have the option of tethering for emergencies, I'm looking at this deal or this from virgin :
uswitch.com/mob…A==

Anybody used Ether network for tethering?
Just been on live chat with them as i took out the £8.50 deal last month and have now been put on this deal thanks op
I just crept over my data limit and was slapped with 6£charge. My fines cycle was set few days out but I'm sure that updated when I got the sim. Not their fault I know but its a quite hefty charge.
Good price, though I used this plan (the last time it was offered) and got EE to price match and got unlimited texts/min and 4GB for £8 (meaning I keep WiFiCalling, 4G Calling and access to Band 20 coverage which Plusnet don't offer yet).

You can't tether on Virgin as a new customer. See kenstechtips.com/ind…rks

I tether on PlusNet without any problems.

"access to Band 20 coverage" could you please elaborate ?
Plusnet does not offer VoLTE (4G Calling) as a feature yet, if a handset does not have access to VoLTE it will be refused access to band 20 on a site, ultimately means less coverage, especially outside the main urban areas which is where EE is predominantly rolling out band 20 on sites.

I used to be on Virgin Mobile for many years before I moved to PlusNet start of 2017. I could tether on Virgin, but that was because I signed up before 2013. As a new customer as of 2013 they don't allow tethering in their T&Cs see kenstechtips.com/ind…rks
There was also a discussion about it recently here - community.virginmedia.com/t5/Virgin-Mobile/Tethering-and-personal-hotspots/td-p/3363256 where the same was confirmed. I assume you signed up before 2013?

Actually t&c says I am not allowed to tether but I always done it
I always adviced people on here that you'll get away with it as they don't bother you
I joined after 2013

Ok, fair enough! Interesting to know.
I'm on the 2.5gb, 3000 minutes, unlimited text for £5.45. I moved from giffgaff and couldn't be happier except that I surf the same and seem to use half the data with Plusnet. That makes me more than happy. Some reason I never use more than 1gb with partial WiFi at work and WiFi at home. It's amazing and Never a drop for me. All I miss is giffgaff call prices to the states.
Have had 3 sims with Plusnet from when they were Life Mobile never had a problem with them and great customer service.

I was thinking of moving to the Virgin 100GB deal but seems to be a lot of comments on rubbish CS and problems with 4g on the new purple sims they have rolled out.

Heat given.

Older systems can only make accounts separate. That's just petty of you "2 credit checks" almost everyone have to do multiple credit checks for multiple contracts.
