These are definitely an improvement on non-reflective spoke reflectors...
You can get the same as these in Tesco for well under £1

COLD - They're not spokey-dokeys!!!!
this will make you ride slower, anything that thickens the spokes multiplies the drag. led armbands, lights behind seatpost etc would not be a problem

These are quite good and I have a set, though they get absolutely filthy at this time of year which somewhat impacts their effectiveness.
