Hop house 13 is in the 3 for £21 link save in asda , this makes it 58p per bottle , which is pretty decent for this lager.

HOP HOUSE 13 is a premium-crafted lager from the brewers of Guinness. It is a delicious double-hopped lager made with Irish barley with subtle malty notes and fresh hop aromas. A distinctive golden lager that is brewed with Guinness yeast, Irish barley and the best of hops from both Australia and USA - Galaxy, Topaz, (AUS) and Mosaic (USA). Hop House 13 has a sweet fruity aroma, with hints of Apricot and Peach, and subtle malt notes breaking through. It is full flavoured while still being crisp and hoppy (but not bitter) with a refreshing clean finish. Made at the St James Gate brewery, Hop House 13 is a double-hopped lager, brewed with Australian and American hops and Irish barley. Are you a beer drinker looking for more character and depth from your lager, then Hop House 13 will appeal to you.

It's about what it is worth, decidedly average (had a 6 pack last weekend).

Each to their own opinion, but I think it taste loads better than , stella, bud, becks for the same price bracket 😁.
Morrisons are selling their branded glassware for £1 if anyone is interested

Hop House is pretty good. Its a sessionable mass-produced lager trying to jump onto the craft beer trend. Unlike Carlsberg, bud etc it actually has a degree of taste. I like lager but I prefer true IPAs. Unfortunately they are pricey, so stuff like Hop House tends to bridge the gap for me. I feel like Im having a proper drink, but at half the price.

I tried to find an end date on the website but could find one , It only started last week so I would imagine it will be on for a couple of weeks.

Hop house is a decent lager (if you like lager) and is normally £10 a box so this is a good deal.

Agree- I do prefer beers like brewdog etc but do like hop house and for that price it’s something nice for visitors to drink as well

That's a fair point, beer snob here
Is there any hops in it ?

really nice beer.
I agree it is best lager from those on offer (multi buy)
Have to admit it's much nicer on draft than from bottles imo

Heineken ftw
Very distinctive beer with a great taste that you can't go wrong with for this price.

Why on earth would I make up something so totally prosaic? The mind boggles on this site at times

You wouldn’t. I have taken a different meaning of the term ‘six pack’, used to reflect well developed abdominal muscles in humans, the achievement of which is not frequently correlated with beer consumption. I hope this helps your mind to become unboggled.
It's nice stuff - but I wish it was still 5% - I can only seem to find boxes of 4.1% now

Really? Makes sense why it is so cheap now.

I'm 90% sure the 4.1%abv is a misprint on supermarket POS/Adverts, no one has picked up on it and the same images are being circulated. Every bottle/can I've drank says 5%abv on it unless it's a very recent change. Alcohol taxation is abv dependant hence almost all big brewery premium lagers are now 4.8%.

The boxes here in N.I. are marked 4.1% - at least the ones I've found in Tesco/Asda and used to be 5%.

When I log into Tesco to do a collection order it says:

"ABV4.1%"

Don't go sober October as we call it in our local. Do that at anytime, don't need a gimmick just a self choice and will power.

Asda and Tesco website both show 4.1% when logged in using NI postcode.

I started out on brewdog, but it has been surpassed by quite a few beers now. If your going for supermarket beers at the lower price point (so ignoring the £3 440ml cans), the best regularly available one is Green Mountain from Thornbridge.

It's ok, it was a tricky one chief.
There’s a reason they’re so cheap...
Great lager, will be stocking up, thanks!

There was only 6 on the shelf at my local shop. 4 with free glasses and 2 without. Not sure if the 2 without were the older stock.
