Morrisons have packs of 12 x 330ml bottles of San Miguel lager in their 3 for £20 offer. So 36 bottles for £20 = 56p per bottle, £1.68 per litre / 96p per pint.

I know people always say how the UK version is inferior to the lager you get in Spain, but either way this is the best deal you'll find for San Miguel over here.

Is this in store as well?

Philippines beer anyway so the Spain argument seems moot.

yes both aldi and asda whacked up the price from £1.25

Heat for a good deal, but more importantly for me, specifying the cost per litre. Good price for Smiggy.

Not starting a thread for it in case it's not national but John Smith's Golden Ale is 79p for 500ml bottle (£1.58/l) in B&M. 4% and good for the money. It's got a taste of caramel and a slight hoppy bitterness on the 'burp'. Body is definitely like carbonated water/cheap cider with no head or lacing but it's a good knocking back drink while you're waiting for your homebrew to condition.
