Nice deal

Thanks for pointing that out siliconbits - I've removed the duplicate merchant now

If you're okay with Hannspree and don't mind the look of it, then you can get a 37" LCD for a little cheaper, at 316 before quidco (which will take another tenner off the end price).

ooohhh really tempted by either of these - been after a tv for a while

are these anygood? good brand etc?

will be using it for xbox 360 and wii gaming and dvds mostly

any advice would be much appreciated

They only have a contrast ratio of 1000:1 which is really poor.

Basically you only get what you pay for.

Cheap price for a pretty cheap TV.

No and No.

The Hannspree has the speakers on the side which makes the tv very wide (too wide for my taste) although stereo sound will be better with side speakers. Contrast on the Hannspree is only 1:800. But it comes with a two years collect and return warranty which is very good. Arianet does not say what the warranty is so I presume it's 12 months return to base, which could proove expensive should you need to use it.

Also, the Hannspree speakers are easily detached to make it look a little slimmer, but the speakers are actually very good quality.
