Picked up one of these from Screwfix today (using next day Click&Collect) to add to my Parkside impact wrench which I got from Lidl last week. Very impressed with the quality of the sockets and the variety of sizes provided. For under £20 it's an absolute bargain. Description from Screwfix site:

No 19mm in the box?! not a very complete set.

You are right, no 19mm!!! Not a massive problem for me as the impact wrench I bought included a 19mm in the box, but well spotted.
Imperial!!! Do you have a Harley Davidson?
nice find op, heat added
You shouldn't need an impact socket until you get beyond 13mm/1/2" unless you're a complete wimp or like shearing threads off.
hi the 3/4 af socket is the same as 19mm I have this set good for price

No, components from a Mk1 Escort! X)
Vanadium and impact! also description says oxide finish but one reviewer says they are painted "the paint on some of the sockets is thick which reduces the size."
I inherited my socket set from my dad... who inherited it from my grandfather.... I have never touched the imperial sockets, anything that still uses those is too old and probably rusted by now! lol

As mylus pointed out 19mm and 3/4" are essentially identical (3/4" = 19.05mm). You would have no issues using these interchangeably.

Anybody who has looked after their old stuff from before we had metrication forced upon us, and doesn't feel the need to have to buy something new every time they see an advert.
use af (imperial) for old cars, stag tr6 spitfire. good buy for £20. reasonable quality

The tools maybe, not the tr6 I'll let you off with the other 2.
Imperial still comes in useful.....when you have poorly made Chinese metric stuff or rusted metric stuff; you often find a slightly smaller imperial size you can hammer on and get it undone.

Despite defending the usefulness of this set, I assume you still won't be buying one because you are someone who "doesn't feel the need to have to buy something new every time they see an advert"?

Actually No. I very often use the impact on less than 13mm with the power turned down. Not because I'm a wimp, but the intermittant impacts will very often persuade a corroded bult/nut to undo when heaving on a ring spanner would be guaranteed to shear it. The only argument I would have would be the need for special 'impact sockets' on the smaller sizes as you do use it with the power turned down

Correct. The metric/Imperial set I bought 30 years ago is still doing it's job as well as a new one would. Probably better made as well and not made in China, with the rider that I am well aware that it's very difficult to get such items nowadays that are not made in China

I do! The entire aerospace industry is imperial, much to my wallets dismay!
Damn you hukd. Bought one!
