Went to my vouchers and its only a 3 digit code. With my name underneath.

Is that correct? So i just show that in store to get £50 worth of stuff?

Just a word of warning, you can only use 2 vouchers at a time when buying from the website.

Even if its a 3 digit code - its a code. It will work.

I went to the website on my computer and once you go to my vouchers there is a link and you get it through clicking that.

Thanks again.

H Samuel, previously known as Ratners a.k.a. 'crap' sells really poor quality jewellery for very expensive prices. Typical mark-up 400%. You'd need a lot more of a discount than 25% to make it worthwhile shopping there.

When you look at the voucher it shows a 3 digit code at the bottom if the same page click on the URL this then brings up the e card hope this helps

do we need to buy this ring to get 50 pounds voucher?

Where would you recommend?

i went to h samuael gave them the 3 digit code and it does'nt work any clue anyone

Has some heat but not very hot as if you can only use 2 vouchers it will be maximum of £25 OFF you get (per purchase) I am after a piece which is about £500 and £25 makes only 5% so its not that much...

If you need to use more than 2 vouchers you need to go in store.
Used 7 instore in Hull today with no problem.

any clue how i can use instore the voucher was refused today

Why were you refused? We printed our vouchers and didnt have a problem.
If they refuse again would suggest ringing customer services, had to ring them a while back and they were very helpful.

Buy the voucher but don't buy any gold yet: prices are coming down.

I very much doubt they will adjust their prices based on what the current gold value is......

Depends what for. I've generally gone to auction or occasionally the second-hand jewellery counter at John Lewis for presents and Hatton Garden for rings. In my experience, a ring which sells for £1,500 at auction sells for £6,000 in Goldsmiths. H Samuel sells poorly-made, desperately-thin 9ct tat that auction houses wouldn't even try to sell. H Samuel is in the same market as Argos. Go to a decent jewellery/pawnbroker auction and it will open your eyes. I'd also add that decent gold jewellery should be at least 18ct.

Any reason this is expired when it is still valid?

I'm looking at engagement rings, but not sure who to go with, I know what I want (style) but not sure who or what shop to buy from...

Drooler can you PM me your business details? I'm after a particular diamond ring...

Working in the diamond industry, I wouldn't suggest anyone use H Samuel. … Working in the diamond industry, I wouldn't suggest anyone use H Samuel. The prices are way overinflated.Example, A customer came to me for a diamond ring a few months back having seen it in H Samuel for £4,500.I provided an exact copy (one shade better infact for the diamond) for £1,500 and still made a few hundred pounds profit.H Samuels ("Crap") should be ashamed.

When I had to do the (very expensive) deed, I used Blue Nile as a reference point. Thankfully I was in Hong Kong at the time and could talk to a wholesaler! Tiffany's is mega overpriced, but you get the nice blue bag... Oh and their uniquely cut diamonds. Ahem.

I'm near Peterborough, want a platinum single solitaire, happy to spend around £1k but not sure on who to go with, many online... still don't know if I should buy as a surprise or talk it through what she would want first...

I would second going to the jewellery quarter in Birmingham. You can get custom made bespoke rings. Got our engagement & wedding rings from there in platinum & you get to choose your diamonds. I got a very high colour & clarity on my diamonds. Loads of shops to choose from meaning lots of inspiration for designs etc & of course you can always buy off the shelf if you find something you like.

Thirded!! Great choice and great value for money.

Cold from me. This offer might work for others, but this is my experience......
I bought 2 gift cards but they wouldn't work - not recognised by H. Samuels on their website. Tried calling Bespoke Offers and kept waiting on the line for ages (premium rate!), advised to type URL rather than click the given link but still didn't work. Still unable to get them to work by the next day, so requested a refund as per their Ts &Cs. Refund offered that same day, but after 2 emails and another phone call, still no refund 10 days later. I am not a happy bunny.

having a bit of a time here too, been trying since yesterday to buy something online using 2 vouchers. Takes me through to the payment screen on H Samuel which does recognise the vouchers but then the page sits at "Processing Order".

Tried to call H Samuel but useless.

Hoping I can go into store and not have any problems.
