Energy rating B what does that mean? Why can't they just tell us the wattage and let us decide :-(
Good thing with Aldi is 3year guarantee !
A = Lowest (However they are introducing A+, A++ or AA, AAA. Something like that)
G = Highest
LCD so will be much thirstier than LED. Cheap deal if you must have it now but LED prices are falling rapidly. Can't believe how thick and heavy my old 32" LCD is now I've gone for a 37" LED smart TV and the smart works brilliantly. LG branded and £460 from Richer Sounds with 5 year guarantee included (Currys wanted £140+ just to extend the guarantee)!

Can't see what's wrong with 39 inches, always wondered where the TV size convention came from in the first place.

This is actually Full HD (resolution is 1920 x 1080). Can't find the wattage though sorry.
Nevermind the badge name on the front of this TV - does anyone know who the real maker of this TV is???
8ms (milliseconds) is surprisingly good for a tele of this price. It ticks all the boxes abd the B energy rating is a bonus, given that we're all still willing to pay the ever increasing energy prices we're told to. Folks, Xmas, sorted.

Thank you Casnewydd !
Neither price Is correct, the proper price is £249.99

There are only a few companies that actually make the panels that go into these sets. I guess they make the sizes requested by their larger customers and the smaller ones just use whatever they can get.

Probably Vestel. A quick search for these specs brings up a match for the BUSH LC-39GL12F - currently on sale at argos for... £249.99. If so, the energy usage is as follows:
BUSH LC-39GL12F @ argos

On mode power consumption 78 watts.Standby power consumption 0.32 … On mode power consumption 78 watts.Standby power consumption 0.32 watt.Annual power consumption 114kWh.
