Some decent deals for those who would preferred to have these games downloaded on their console, a lot better than Nintendo eshop / Nintendo Store prices!!
Having games downloaded and always available to play on 3DS is so convenient too

Well it's good of you not to post these as separate 'deals', I'm expecting the 'you can't trade in/sell the games once you've completed them'(or similar) digital vs retail copy argument you get in most digital download deals

Doesnt FACEBOOKLIKE get you 10% off?

Zelda showing as 31

This is great I thought the download codes were a game exclusive, hopefully we will see some competition with download prices in the future.

has this already gone? Its showing as £28.50 with the code for luigi's mansion 2

I think I just had my order cancelled..

Can anyone tell me, as a brand spanking new 3DS owner courtesy of the recent Game deal on here, if Donkey Kong Country returns is the same game as the Wii version?

And as someone who has never played a Zelda game before - which one should i get first?

Firstly on topic: aren't these deals a tad expensive for handheld downloads?

I think donkey kong is a remake of the wii version.

The best zelda game in my opinion is wind waker however on the 3ds get whichever one as it doesn't matter. Most people would say ocarina but I have such an allergy to it after owning it multiple times on the n64, gamecube, wii and 3ds.

Soon you'll realise zelda is basically the same mechanic utilised over and over again which is fine as its done very well but still sometimes people grow up.

Example:

Wind waker - link travels to islands on water. island after island solving puzzles to open sone gate to the final boss back and forth.
skyward sword - link travels to islands in the air. island after island solving puzzles to open sone gate to the final boss back and forth.
OOT - link travels to cities on a horse. city after city solving puzzles to open sone gate to the final boss back and forth.
Twilight Princess - link travels to realms on a wolf. realm after realm solving puzzles to open sone gate to the final boss back and forth.

Then there's the handheld games where the same happens on trains, underground etc etc. You get the drift. Nice series though until one day you'll be like I'm over this.

I'd probably pay the extra 50p for a physical copy of Zelda Link Between Two Worlds... But I just like collecting games so maybe just me! hotukdeals.com/dea…538

Personally speaking I'd say Ocarina of Time is possibly my favourite 3D zelda game, and its remake on the 3DS is meant to be pretty good (haven't found it cheap enough to impulse buy yet...)

As for other zelda games available to a 3DS owner, get the classics! Link's awakening is probably my favourite zelda game, and Seasons/Time are awesome games too!

Sorry but it is 5% off. which is 1.5 off from 28.80 on Luigis Mansion 2. Not hot at all

Same here, got 5% off Zelda which came to £31.16 not £26.41.

cant see any good deals here sadly

Id rather have a physical copy from Ebay for cheaper if I'm honest.

Got Luigi's Mansion 2 and love it.

Darren.

Unfortunately, prices have been raised since I posted this thread. Updated this now, could still be of interest to those who prefer to have these titles downloaded on their 3DS. LEGO City still the same price at £22.61 after code.

If it's of any use I got Zelda for about £23 using Flubit last week.
(It is very good to!)
