PC World and Currys have just put the price of their 3DS console up to £197 but Graingers are still selling at £149. I realise these deals have been mentioned to death but, by using their price match, you can get them to reduce the console by more than £52. The price match covers you up to 30 miles as well I believe so a lot of the north can get this deal.
I noticed a lot of prices going up since E3, the new updates and the forthcoming Zelda release.
I also noticed stock getting a bit harder to find. If you can find a better price then please let me know but I cannot find a cheaper console than this.

EDIT: Just noticed that Graingers have put their online prices up to £165. PC World seem to have their site blocked on their system so had to ring the store to confirm the price. Might be worth getting graingers local store number before trying the price match. Will obviously work at Currys as well.

Remember to get PCWORLD to put stock in your hand before you ask for price match or you might get the excuse:

"HI can you price match this (insert product here)"

"Oh...um...I dont think thats in stock (because we dont want to sell it for less)"

I know what you mean. At first he pretended they could only price match with 'big' stores such as Asda, Comet etc. so I pointed to the sign behind him. Then the cheeky beggar said they just price match now, the 10 % is finished. In a scene reminiscent of the Office, I pointed to the large posters all around the desk, store etc. and he went bright red making some excuse about how they must have 'just' brought the offer back.....dear, oh dear.
Still, got a 3DS and the price match so all is good.

5 quid is nice but not significant enough to warrant a price match post which everyone and their dog knows about

So everyone knows that the price of the 3DS went up today in the previously cheapest instore deal other than Graingers which is not nationwide?
Fair enough, just trying to help.
