No these are not headphones
Good price, good product, good deal.

  • High performance hearing protector designed to offer protection against extremely high noise levels, for example airports, quarrying or paper mills
  • Ideal attenuation without the need for double protection
  • Twin headband design helps reduce heat build-up with proper fit and balance
  • Electrically insulated wire headband

Would these help isolate noise in conjunction with cheap noise cancelling earbuds?
I'd get them.

Some cheap ones I got from amazon for similar price were loosing bits and breaking within 2-3 weeks of purchase after regular use of putting them on only. Got 2 - returned both
