I do love my Pockit card:

1) Top it up and then use it to buy car/home insurance so that the chancers can't try to auto-renew me at the end of my policy.
2) Use it to sign up for free trials in case you forget to cancel before the trial period ends.
3) Anything that says it needs a valid credit card to verify your age etc.

I only ever keep a few pounds on it (some sites verify Credit Cards by requesting £1 but never completing the transaction). Just be aware that it can take a couple of days to top-up by bank transfer and all the other top-ups cost 99p.

Quidco £6 but read conditions carefully

Oh God - just beware. i have had nothing but trouble with pockit who randomly block your card for "security" and then takes days to respond. Their customer service is woeful and any cashback takes 60 days to be credited. Have a look at the reviews on google to see how bad these jokers really are. Dont tie up any money that you cannot afford to be without for a few weeks when you get blocked.

never had a problem with pockit, its fairly quick now to bank transfer cash to card or has at least been for me a matter of hours, and up to 60 day wait for virtually guaranteed cash back seems pretty good to me, considering 3 to 18 month wait from the likes of quidco etc , you can actually get two sets of cash back most often by using pockit to pay and also going through quidco etc to order.

They are a right pest if you need to contact them by phone for “security reasons “. I tried a week or so ago and cost a few pounds on my phone and I still never got through. You listen to stupid music then a woman comes on and by the time you ve listened to her and chosen an option a few minutes have gone . I may try again when I’ve got some money to waste . Put me off them now

Often forget to check reviews (despite writing some myself!), was gonna have this and DD a payment over everyweek, but based on those reviews, I'm afraid I'm out...

5% Cashback at Argos (and many other retailers) with this card, although you do have to become a customer to qualify and the card costs £1 per month.

I should add that if you sign up via the link given I benefit, but hey, that's another benefit of being a customer, they pay you for referrals.

Hi
Is it possible to receive cashback for buying gift card?
Thanks
