Agreed - *if* it helps. Everyone is likely to suffer from poor mental health at some point in life, it's human to struggle and we can accept that. Having said this, if someone is struggling more so than someone else (for whatever reason) they would perhaps benefit more from direct, personal support rather than self-help books written by people without valid credentials. Also, who knows what they're saying in these books, it could be poorly written, poorly researched, and/or outright damaging. Stick to books written by trained professionals and everyone will be best off

I would be cautious about buying books this cheap, on a subject this important, from people who don't appear to have listed their relevant credentials (if they have any).

I agree with go_rators points to an extent, as great as it is that this is free to read, if you do have mental issues such as depression which have an effect on your life, you need to go seek direct assistance from a medical professional. These aren't things you can self-help by reading a book, please take this into account.
