How does this work? I don't understand.

You'll see a small banner under some (not all) Prime items saying that the item qualifies for a free £4.00 Amazon Pantry spend. Purchase said item and you'll automatically receive £4.00 Amazon Pantry credit into your account.

In Amazon Pantry, a few of the items were listed with £4 offer...added those...then it showed me this in the basket

"Terms and Conditions:
· Get £4 off your Amazon Pantry order when you spend £90 or more (the “Offer”).
The Offer is valid only for the products displayed on amazon.co.uk/pantry, excluding baby formula, paracetamol, aspirin and ibuprofen products.
· The Offer does not apply to purchases made outside Amazon Pantry, including purchases from Amazon's Warehouse Deals or from third-party sellers on Amazon Marketplace, even if "fulfilled by Amazon" or "Prime Eligible". You can confirm that an item is sold by Amazon Pantry on the item’s product page, which must have the Amazon Pantry logo above “add to basket”.
· Postage and packing will be applied to each item in accordance with Amazon Pantry's standard delivery rates and policies.
· Each customer can claim up to a maximum of one Offer.
· The offer is subject to a Minimum Purchase requirement of £90:
(i) if you cancel your order for an Amazon Pantry item (so that the combined purchase value of the remaining items falls below the Minimum Purchase requirement) the Offer will cease to apply; and
(ii) if you return an item from your order (so that the combined purchase value of the Amazon Pantry items you retain falls below the Minimum Purchase requirement), Amazon reserves the right to charge you (using the payment method you used for the original order and without further notice) for the discount you received as part of the Offer.
· The promotional reward can only be used up to a maximum of £4.
· The Offer is only available to customers with a trial or paid membership to Amazon Prime or Prime Student.
· The Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without notice. The Offer has no cash alternative and may not be transferred or resold.
· Amazon's Conditions of Use & Sale apply."

No idea of specifics, maybe I'd already had the deal others have mentioned (no idea when) so this is all it offers me.

That is a standard discount that is always available. This is £4 off £15.

It doesn't work. The £4 off is said to be applied (below the checkout total on the final page) but the actual monetary discount is not included (I've checked with baskets including or excluding the £3.99 discount value for free delivery when buying 4 particular items).
also it says something about the maximum credit being £4 regardless of how many qualifying items you purchase

You need to read the terms. Once your item has been despatched it will be credited.
Isn't this basically a free delivery offer? They charge £3.99 as it is and you're getting £4 off with this deal.

Not necessarily as you can add 4 items in the free delivery offer. For example, 4 Ritz Breaks crackers (costing £1 each) gives you free delivery.

Have a look at the banner under the Echo Input, it will show £4 off £15. The £4 off £90 is just a standard Amazon Pantry offer.

Only if you buy items not included in the buy 4 get free delivery. I usually buy the Walkers sensations for £1 each get 4 of them and then whatever else I want.
I'm just waiting for my credit to come through, I want the cheap monster energy.
Ah ha... ok... so do you have to buy the echo input thingamy... i see the voucher mentioned on the page with other stuff, but when I click in (to see specific item info) it doesn't mention the voucher, but it does seem to work.

Edit:

"Echo Input (White) – Bring Alexa to your own speaker – Requires an external speaker with 3.5mm audio-input or Bluetooth

Prime Day deal
£14.99
Prime Savings £4 Amazon Pantry reward available"

... no mention of the £4 offer on the page of the Echo Input if you click into it. I'm really scratching my head with this one.

Echo Input was an example, any product advertising the £4 voucher will be eligible
Ahhh... ok... right I'm on a hunt!
Thanks, will have a look
Bwahahha... I see it now, it didn't show up in the search or (unlike the echo bits) in the search results, but if you click into an item, ta dahh!

Cheapest item I could see, but I have no need for white board markers.

Now to browse properly....

Edit... now seeing it mentioned on the Hallmark card (amazon.co.uk/Hal…OLE), wasn't showing on those earlier. Oh dear.. this is several years of my life now occupied

Edit 2: Now adding the T&C that shows up with it:

(amended to put important bit in bold... wait to get email with £4 confirmation before making pantry order)

Not sure I understand how this works, today I purchased a number of items each of which were eligible for the£4 pantry discount - will I received £4 for each eligible transaction, or just the one?

EDIT- Found answer in post above, max £4 I see.

I'm afraid this should be cold IMHO... It's a really poor marketing gimmick. £4 off, when you spend at least £90 total (of which £15 must be pantry) and then pay £3.99 for delivery (even on Prime)

Scam!

I think that offer is different to the one with £4 off mentioned above. It got me at first, but there is another offer out there. Found it when I was pointed at the Echo Input (but that isn't required - just easiest way to find the offer).

No, it's £4 off £15 spend. £4 off £90 is an unrelated Amazon Pantry offer.

I'm afraid you got confused.
4 off 90 is an ongoing offer. £3.99 delivery is if you don't buy 4 qualified items for free delivery.
I just got my bluray sent and got the promotional email.
Went straight to basket, added 4 x Ritz crackers to get free delivery, coca cola energy drink free sample and 6 packs of Lewis Hamilton Monster Energy 4 cans.
Total was under £12 delivered.
Uh well I think most things I bought early on had the £4 Pantry offer saying I will get the offer if I buy the Item. We will have to see if it only shows after the item is dispatched.
Is this live for anyone yet ? I have several dispatched items. £16 odd in my pantry basket and it’s only showing free trial item and free delivery discount (with 4 selected items offer). Come on Amazon hurry up
