I was awe of the place, stunning city.

Not long back from Budapest, Loved it.

I was never one for geography at school but the first paragraph of the description sounds a more Berlin than Budapest to me.....

Both really great cities.. hot

Bottom photo also shows Berlin, not Budapest.

That can be said of many places.

So this is based on buying two vouchers? I assume then that both people have to share a room? Sorry if that's a stupid question, I just want to make sure!

Could someone explain to me the date, have no idea what this means : 11-16,20-22,27-30/01/2018 (I select 4 days)

20/01/2018-22/01/2018
27/01/2018-30/01/2018
They've basically listed the day ranges rather than write out the month and year repeatedly.

Is it me or this is very confusing 🤔

I went to Berlin and fancied a night in Prague, so took the train. Recommeded, it is very scenic an runs along the River Elbe for most of it.

Prague's a fantastic place Just be careful of the dog dirt on the footpaths.

and the Segways in the old square...jeez those things are a nightmare..

Budapest - Winter arrives in December and lasts till February, bringing negative temperatures and less than two hours of sunshine per day.

Looks like a good deal unti you start reading between the lines

How would this offer work for a single traveller? Do I get a single room at least?

Went this year and liked Budapest but to call it the best city in the world? I probably would not agree. Was there anything there that really stood out for you? Maybe it's worth considering if i go back at some point.

Also went Prague this year and i think that it was the most beautiful city (buildings, roads, river, bridge etc) I've seen so far in Europe.
Budapest was also very nice in terms of the castle, Parliament building, St. Stephens Basilica etc

Lastly, I also just came back from Berlin, a massive city with surprisingly a lot of history (considering a lot of it was destroyed in WWII. Defo need to go back.

The people, the food, the sights, the 'feeling' I had. I am thinking of moving there next year permanently. It just feels like such a great place to me everytime I go.

I really like Prague too.

But
20/01/2018 - 22/01/2018 is just 2 nights, Not 4 night

Similarly
27/01/2018 - 30/01/2018 is just 3 nights Not 4 night

Also what about 6, 8-10 how to read this ??

It is really confusing. Could someone who know how to read the date (departure, arrival, stay, etc) explain it please ??

Thanks

They're arrival dates, not the period of stay.

For example, if you arrive on 20/01/2018, you stay for 4 nights and leave on 24/01/2018.
If you arrive on 22/01/2018, you leave on the 26/01/2018.

No good for single travellers. It states in the terms and conditions that you have to buy the package twice and a single supplement will apply.

I went to Budapest for my stag do.......I need to go back, I barely remember it.

I do remember everybody being really friendly and they have some very cool and quirky bars.

I need to go back

Perfect, was looking to go Prague with the S/O around that time as well.

The hotels/apartment look decent too!

In what form does the transfer between cities take ? Plane, Coach, Train ?? It's about 500km away . . .

Train... 14-hour overnight seater train with two changes... or 14-hour bus service... or you pay extra to upgrade to a flight.

I've had my fill of Eastern Europeans and I've only just been to Tescos.

Has anyone used this deal before?
Tempting deal....but I am a bit concerned about the flights, airports, timings and transfer. If anybody has any info regarding this. Please share.

Can’t understand how they’ve explained the dates,it’s ridiculous.

Voted hot, because it looks like a great deal, but that's not the case. I cancelled my Groupon vouchers (you have 14 days to do so too for a refund).

Below is the quote they gave me when I tried to book. Initially the offer you the most inconvenient flights. If you want to change them, you have to pay an upgrade of £38 per person... even though the flights are not more expensive than the ones offered when I checked on Ryanair's site.

Although they advertise it as 4 nights, they expected me to spend one of the nights on a train or bus... when I objected, they offered a flight upgrade for £25pp.
