4 x Nights in Budapest for Just £68pp (Total £137) Including Flights and Apartment @ Agoda

This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

This deal is based on 2 people flying out from London Stansted on Friday 10th January, returning Tuesday 14th January and staying in well reviewed 3* Corvin Point Rooms and Apartments.

There are plenty of other dates around January from Stansted for around the same price. There are also similar prices from Doncaster, Manchester, Nottingham, Edinburgh, Liverpool and Glasgow.

It’ll be super cold in January so make sure you wrap up warm!

As you have 4 days here you will have plenty of time to visit the sites and don’t forget to visit one of the beautiful thermal baths, we went in the evening when it was dark, loved it!

I’ve chosen the 3* Corvin Point Rooms and Apartments which are only a short walk from the heart of the city. The room has a private bathroom and has amazing reviews on TripAdvisor with an average score of 4.5/5.

There is plenty of other accommodation to choose from, you can save a bit of money if you don’t mind sharing a bathroom or if you don’t mind staying a bit further out of town.

As the flights are with Ryanair it doesn’t include any checked luggage and no cabin bag sized hand luggage, it does however include a rucksack sized hand luggage. If you add priority boarding it is £15 each return and this will mean you can carry a 10kg cabin sized bag and a backpack. It maybe worth trying to pack everything into a rucksack as it’s only a short night trip or sharing a cabin bag if you want to keep the price down!

Price breakdown

Flights booked through Ryanair - £47.96

Hotel booked through Agoda - £88.60

Total price for 2 people - £136.56

Total price each - £68.28

Lovely place, lovely people..... just a shame it’s Ryanair! (Because there probably isn’t a company that cares less about their customers, once they have your money than Ryanair

Nothing wrong with Ryanair, you get what you pay for and more! Let's not forget your talking about the cost of a taxi for a flight to Budapest or wherever you're going!
It costs me less to fly from Dublin to London return with Ryanair than the bus to the airport or even a 10 mile taxi at home.
Corvin Plaza and Apartments are a
20+min walk and metro ride to the centre. Worth paying a bit more for a more central location.

I could say the same about Agoda. They don't care about their customers either so put the two together and it spells disaster!!!!

Taxi fares must be a lot more expensive round your way than mine!

Couldn't pay me to go back there.

Or maybe you're just going sorry distances

Stansted to Budapest is 901 miles and cost £24 in this deal so 0.0266p per mile, now that's cheaper than any taxi and as for trains...
Excellent, Thanks
For an excellent meal go to Pomo D'Oro. For the best cakes and pastries including Pogacsa go to Daubner bakery.
Great find mate. Kudos to you.🔥
My second favourite city.
65 plus* and public transport is free in Hungary. Carry your passport, or a copy.

* OK OK, but I might not be the only one on here

Also note that Ryan, (and the awful Wizzair), may still process passengers through the on-tarmac cattle shed for the return flight.

Exactly, Ryanair are brilliant. At least the 'Oh do they charge you to use the toilet lol' comments seem to have died down. They have opened up travel for million who previously wouldn't have been able to afford it.

I have flown with them close to 100 times over the past 5/6 years, mainly work and a few time pleasure. Very rarely delayed, and only cancelled one whihc was outside their control (Weather) yes it was a bit of a pain sorting out refunds and so on but its a small price to pay for the bargains you get with them.
I have flown with Ryanair before, and it was Ryanair that we used to go to Budapest with. Every single flight was delayed when I've used them. They'll get you there, I'm just cautious when I'll use them in the future. Example was actually going to Budapest earlier this month. We went through the gates, only to be told the flight was delayed for an hour (the plane was there) when we eventually got to Budapest a couple of people's transfers to their hotels had left and they had to make there own way to the hotels. The airport's a good 30 mins drive from the city. Also coming back, we bordered the plane, which again was late by around 30 mins, to then be told by the pilot that they had missed their spot and we would be delayed by a further hour, so we were just sat on the plane waiting to take off. Not a big problem if you're not on a timer, but it wasn't nice for the people who clearly had a phobia of flying and just wanted to get going and take off.

All of that said, Budapest is a wonderful city. Very busy and hectic but in a good way. I definitely recommend visiting the Ruin Bars they are fantastic. Especially the one next to the food Karavan. Great city. Will return there again one day.
Ryanair is a shame but it's a lovely city.

Well you have been very unlucky as they have decent figures for being on time, but it is the nature of travel that there will be delays from time to time.

People seem to forget what they're paying for these flights, I live in the outskirts of London and costs me £12 return to Central London and these are flights to Budapest for twice that!

As for missing transfers that is why I always have decent travel insurance, as I say any flight can be delayed and its a small price to pay!

I've flown with them 6 times this year, only one 20 minute delay. No problems at all.

Yeah, I'm not complaining. For the price, it is what it is. We got there safe and back home. I expect delays, I prepare for it.
But it is true that every flight with them has been delayed. We personally were okay with our transfers, but only just. I felt bad for the nervous flyers though. That sitting on the plane for an hour whilst grounded even made me a little uncomfortable, just because you're ready to go. But I'm not scared of flying, those that were, were clearly feeling it.
I'll use Ryanair again, but I'm always prepared in my head for an issue somewhere 😁

Excellent price. Wish they allowed babies in the baths as 4 nights of getting a baby sitter is proving difficult. Heat though!

I'm glad they don't.
Great deal @BlueSkies

I'm really interested but I can't seem to be able to chase it up. I keep getting bounced around on the Ryanair site and agoda isn't playing ball for me either.

Maybe I'm having a blonde day?
When I received the hot deal notification for this I read the title as "4 Ninjas in Budapest". I don't know why they're in Budapest but okay.

Stunning city, booked a deal from here a number of years back, stayed on an old paddle steamer boat, the city is amazing, go for it.

I'm no defender of them, all I'm saying is they are very good value. As for that story I'm sure Radio 5 reported it later and it was held to be the airports fault not the airlines. Even in your link it says the pilot was asking for Police assistance.

Yeah I know it was mainly the airport authority’s fault to be fair, but could only happen to Ryanair
