Voted Hot Now if only my nearest Costco wasn't 40 miles away

I know, I feel for people that don't have a local one!

Edit: I can't believe people are voting this cold at £1.50 a block. Presumably it's because they don't have a local one

I'm not happy because I don't have a Costco close enough
But still voted hot as it's the cheapest I have seen for a long time.
Morrisons are 2for£4.
Iceland had it on offer for £1.89 each the other week.
£1.50 is a bargain.

Can you post me some

Not many about and you need membership which a) costs and b) is very restrictive on who can get it.

A great price, though.

I agree, it’s like posting a deal where you get free access to your local clubs stadium to watch the fitba on a Saturday but not mentioning you had already forked out for a season ticket.

If it costs £30 to get access to buy this then it’s impossible to buy at this price. Even if you buy loads in there to offset the initial cost then that’s thats just your personal circumstances.

I’m sure this argument has played out numerous times on this site.
Sorry guys I cannot vote hot as it's not a patch on the flavour of what they used to sell, Com on Costco, please please, bring back Pilgrims Choice.

I wouldn't say that makes it any less of a deal :-)

CC> Pilgrim's choice imo but it's subjective of course.

Fair points. The deal is very much aimed at Costco members, although I'm sure that's obvious.

Imo no different than any local deal. A local deal posted 100 miles from me would cost me £30 in petrol to get to and back, it doesn't mean I'm going to vote it cold because of that, as it's still a great deal for locals just as this is for Costco members.
Off topic a bit, but I easily save the membership fee on fuel alone.

Me too. Unfortunately not all Costco's have filling stations. My car has literally had nothing other than Kirkland signature fuel since I've owned it
Fantastic price if you’re a member and if you’re not then tough. You could always join and take advantage of the other discounts and benefits too.
I do not understand why people are getting cheesed off! ;-)
