Received a voucher the other day with an order from DVD.co.uk that gives the user a £40 discount at Virgin WInes. The catch being that you have to add at least £79.99 to your basket to qualify and therefore spend £39.99.

I'm no wine buff so don't know how their prices stack up to begin with, but it might be of some use to someone on here.

Simply navigate to virginwines.com/dvd and create an accountto qualify. The details should be filled in for you, but if not the code is DVD10 and the passoword is WINEBANK.

Theres also antoher seciton on the flyer saying that you can get a case thats normally £100 for £40 so you save £60 rather than £40, but I cant see it on the site anywhere.

Expires at the end of the year.

Pipex had a similar offer on last month (£50 off on a spend of £79 or more). You have to sign up to Virgin Winebank for this offer which is easy and shouldn't put you off. Part of the process is that you have £20 debited from your card every month which goes into your 'winebank' that you use to buy their wine with. Personally, I just bought the initial case then called up to cancel the subscription once my wine had arrived - There were no quibbles at all and I ended up getting £50 off an excellent case of wine! I would highly recommend.

I removed my card details so the winebank service could not take £20 PCM, I have just had this email as below.

There was not a minimum term was there???. Should I contact them???

- Check your card details on the "Account Details" page and amend if needed
- Then delete any old card details from your account to avoid any further problems

Alternatively you can call 0870 164 20 35 and one of our friendly WineBank team can do this for you.

We'll then attempt your payment again over the coming weekend, and if there are any further problems a member of the team will be in touch.
