Discount available IN store only.

40% off food and drink orders.

Went to Pizza Express this Tuesday with my NUS card. Ordered loads and then showed them my NUS card.

If you go as a huge group, the NUS card holder can get 40% off for the whole group so take them with you when you're going.

Good deal. I just buy empty ink cartridges (50 points each) from eBay and send them to tesco for points. Cost me £33 for £46 worth of tesco points (8 inks were rejected) which would be worth £186 at pizza express. Can only do it once a year though. To add, the vouchers only come off the food.

You can get 100 points each a cartridge too though.

What the hell are you talking about?

An alternative way of getting cheap food, not everyone has a NUS card. Google tesco ink recycling for an idea.

Assuming a tastecard is better saving than this?

Thanks for the heads up, I had no idea that this scheme existed (or indeed the "scheme" of buying empty carts from ebay!!)

A tastecard is only valid for 2 people... You can be alone or in a group and use this...

Some people have an NUS and not a tastecard. This is for people with NUS cards going to Pizza Express alone or in a group.

This seems to be for NUS Extra Cardholders only and not for students with normal NUS Cards

I think that NUS extra cards are the standard cards. There is no such thing as a nus-only card (without the "extra" bit) so all nus card holders are eligible for this deal.

Not true. Your "NUS" card is your university ID; your NUS extra card is something you buy for about £15 from the NUS in addition.

I think it's £11 to buy an NUS extra, and well worth it! I got mine free with a student account

how long after you sent the cartridges did you receive the points and were you told over email or did you just check your point balance online?

Thanks for your help

So for the discount, you really do only need one NUS extra card per group? That seems pretty amazing if so! I'm going in a group of 5 tomorrow, but was worried they wouldn't accept a 40% discount on everything just with one card.
