Returns and exchanges cannot be processed at stores.

mgk, it certainly seems that way.
I bought a few pairs of jeans recently in their £29 offer and am now glad they fitted!

I returned a coat I got from Hollister last Christmas and they give you the CURRENT price of the item, not what you paid. Luckily, in my case, I made £40 but have lost the voucher - does anybody know if they expire? If so and assuming it's 12 month I've only got a fortnight or so to find it...

It costs to return an item. No store refund.

doesnt work on aftershave which is shame

Ordered a POLO for £14.40. Thanks OP. I usually have to order a size up on Hollister as their stuff usually comes up small on me. Hope that helps others.

Why is it so hard to locate a matching hoodie and jogging bottoms on that website?!

Holistic is overpriced anyway, similar quality to primark imho

You can also pay the returns yourself via the post office (as often it's less than £9), but on the 3 occassions I've done this I have been charged the return postage charge by Hollister. Their returns department must be full of morons as surely the red royal mail recorded label on the parcel tells them it's been paid for, but no!

Each time I had to go through a painful and unnecessarily lengthy email conversation with their support staff to get my £9 refunded so out of principle I've stopped ordering from their online store

Only ever purchased things guaranteed to fit that I've purchased before (e.g. underwear/socks) from these people as, like stated above, their returns policy is an absolute joke.

How is it a joke? You return an item that you do not want at your own cost. Use P2G cheapo service for a couple of quid and you are done. Royal Mail for about £3,20 or so. You do not have to use their returns label.

Sorry, I should have clarified. I have also had the same issue as an earlier poster. Despite returning it via the Royal Mail, I have been docked the 'returns fee' and had to waste considerable time to have it reinstated. On that basis, I would be hesitant to use their returns service again and therefore will not risk buying items that may not fit.

Edit: I do think, however, that they are also somewhat 'behind the times' due to failing to accept returns in their stores. This may be for various reasons, but it should be an option.

3 polos and a hoodie for £60, not bad! Not bought from there before. Usually take an L but heard they run small so gone for XL!

My returnsab said €9 not £9.
Poor quality so won't bother gain with this brand

Just dropped a couple of hundred there - after the discount! Having said that it now saves a 6am trip to next (other retailers are available) in the morning and that will be my clothing for the year

Poor quality.

just as a man over a certain shouldn't wear jeans, men over 30 should defiantly not wear these garments.

Why? I'm over 40 and was tempted with a hoodie. I know it's a young persons brand but is anyone going to look at me and think I'm a bit of old mutton for wearing one ?!

I've found they run massive. I have a medium hoodie from Hollister which is more like an XL. I usually buy from Topman river island, so I guess it depends where you normally shop.
