I've tried Waze and it's not for me as it's quite cluttered.

I prefer Google Maps, but each to their own.

I prefer using the good old A to Z map lol
just did mine from tomtom home works fine
Welcome15_uk takes £8 off as well if you're new to the site.
Thanks OP and Stuartbaker80. My speed camera sub had just run out. With code it came to £3.99
Thank you, my map update subs just finished in a month so I've just got 1.5 year more. Welcome15_uk worked even so I used it before as well.

And has up to date and accurate maps. I bought a Tom Tom Trucker 6000 and the mapping is woeful is every respect, which is a shame because my eight year old Tom Tom that it replaced was pretty good.
Tks need to renew my traffic services and thi really helps
They took away the speed cameras app from AppStore.

One of the reasons keep jailbreaking to get it back, it's the perfect companion app to in-car GPS including average speed check calculations.
I use a 6 year old tom tom to get around the country, its ok on 90 percent of roads but if any new estates then just break out google maps, simple

Good story that werent it

Would have been alot quicker story if you had the latest update
I used TomTom for years and never had a truly seamless experience. Either the SatNav would reboot 5 minutes after setting off every time or it would reboot in the middle of a call when I was using it as a hands-free. The final straw was the fact that live services would stop working if there was any significant traffic event, i.e. when I really needed it, and the stupid thing would then forget what it had known a out the traffic and would take right back into the melee.
I decided never to give TomTom another penny and, after trying various apps, settled on Waze. It's not perfect, you need a data connection to find a route, but it's 1000% better than TomTom. I would strongly recommend anyone at the end of their contract with TomTom to give Waze a try.
tl;dr: Voted cold, don't waste your money.
Just what I'm after. Cheers!

I accept Waze is useful for local information, I often run it to check how things are before leaving the house, quick to update, but overall not a patch on TomTom Go on Android, I certainly wouldn't go back to a dedicated satnav now.
unfortunately not for the app

Thanks Damon, £3.99 for the camera update. Sorted.
Nice one got the north america map for just over £18
Got mine for 3.99, well done the poster person.
Cold from me....not sure why paying a subscription when there are loads of free alternates available is getting heat...but each to their own
Renewed my recently expired Speed Camera, £8.00 saved as nearly renewed it 2 weeks ago.

Cheers OP
Thanks updated built in Renault satnav £12.97
Thanks, got European maps for my built in sat nav for 25 quid.
Thanks for the post!

Good timing...
Thanks OP. Bought the maps for my car . £30 for 1.5 years good price. I am also a fan of waze/google maps, but much easier to use the in-built Car one.
Good spot, might bite for re-enabling Live Traffic on my Tomtom 1005. By coincidence recently had an email from Tomtom saying the SIM will deactivate July due to non-usage. Was about to let it drop.

Wish Tomtom would realise if they charged lower prices all the time they'd actually make more money.

How did you get this price please
Discount code works too for existing accounts! Great deal as I was looking at getting a new map, thanks!
How does the tom tom traffic to Garmins live traffic?

Yes, because the Police haven't got the foggiest idea where speeding is happening, nor where accidents happen either. I mean, how could they?
Live Services for a year, £22, done via Paypal. Cheers OP.
