Most of the tools and other offer stuff I had from Lidl, have been very good quality, with the exception of Lidl radio alarm clocks, which I found to be dire

awesome, usually tools from here and Aldi are a decent quality, I've never had anything from there that I thought was sub-standard, plus a 3 years warranty is good

Is there a content list?

The socket set looks good as well, off to pick one up today

You'll be wasting your time!

Would be a good idea to put the available from date in the title as well.

Nice little set some people will he grumble about quality for the money winner and convenience like when the kids are screaming for a battery change or can you fix this heat from me op thanks !

nice thanks op

Why?

Got one, it's brilliant as usual.

poor quality. ...price equal quality. ..cold

On that basis I'll sell you a screwdriver I've got in a cupboard for £500,000.

Given the price, it must be the best quality screwdriver around.

Stupid, naive comment. Unless you have them in front of you to base that comment on, then your comment is valueless. I'll add heat just to counter balance things, but personally as I've not seen them, I have no opinion on them. Looks good in quantity for the money though!

A couple of thoughts on these:

1) No mention that they're hardened - they may be available from the cheese aisle
2) Looks like the only Pozidrivs are the interchangeable bits.

So may really be quite poor quality.

Off course there quite poor quality,,what you want for 7.99 i mean come on,it's ok for a round the house, come on everyone wake up.X)

sounds awesome!

How do you know all of this?

What do you mean? I read the description and looked at the photographs.

Has anyone, ever, managed to use one of those flexible extensions? I've never once had a screw that you haven't had to exert at least a small amount of direct pressure onto.

Hukd is wasted on you! Lol

Lol. No flys on RustySpoons. How could you have doubted him, the guy's a genius.

^^^^^^ Agree ^^^^^^^^

so has anyone ever broken a screwdriver?

Very unclear but I can't see any sign of the fillets that Pozidriv heads have. I can only see them on the four top-leftmost bits. And the heads being painted black like that screams trying too hard to convince you that they're hardened when they're not - I've come across tools like that before. I hope I'm proved wrong.

false prophet

so has anyone ever broken a screwdriver?

Hundreds of times. They don't break as in snapping in half, they break as in the heads being ground down, especially the crosspoint ones.

These are great value, had one 6 years which has seen lots of jobs and just getting tired so will look to replace with one of these, thanks op, heat added.

Could be tempted.
