Hi folks! I've just been into the Currys Digital store on Princes Street, Edinburgh and they were clearing their stock of 4200 points cards at £29.97. Already a competitive price, but with the readily available £5 off vouchers you get them for just under £25! They had one left in stock after I snapped up two... no idea if it'll be nationwide but might be worth giving your local stores a call!

This link will explain about the vouchers:

Thats what I'm wondering! £12.50 for 2100 points using a voucher you don't have to jump through too many hoops for. Ah well, I hope posting this helps someone anyway

People are always quite weary of Currys deals that end with 97p cos they know they will never find them.

grimsby has them but priced up at 39.99 scan at 29.99 less the voucher 24.99

voucher?

Where would one find a readily available £5 off voucher?

Go in store, ask for Christmas gift catalogue, look at back cover. I should've said I suppose... you enter a code online, they email you the voucher (that's the lowest value prize, everyone who enters gets one, though you could win some other technological marvel). Its a bit of a faff I'll admit.

Nice wan, cheers for that!

I think this deal should be posted at full price really, it's not a god given that we've all got vouchers or can definitely get them.
If that's the case then this could be posted for £11.99 meaning 4200 ms points would be £23.98

Agreed, I couldn't find a way to enter anything but numbers for the price though otherwise I would've included the price with voucher in brackets or something. As for your deal, I don't think you can use the vouchers online plus they're limited to one per person, which makes buying two cards separately to get the 4200 a pain. And they are just giving these vouchers away, as you'll appreciate if you follow the link included above, so its as close to a god given as you'll ever get with voucher promos. This is intended as an alternative for those not lucky enough to find the £16.99 cards in store, I'm still delighted that I managed to get 4200 points for £25 as opposed to £35 and £29.97 is still a pretty decent deal if you can't get a voucher for some reason. Remember that 2100 for ~£14 at Zavvi were voted blistering hot not more than a week ago so £25 is surely pretty good going!

is there a product code?

The fact the price ends in 97p so not many people wiil find them and the face that points are only about £15 anway. Most people have used the voucher and the voucher could be used on anything else. Not really a good deal

EDIT: I agree with SugarRay. We cant all just get the voucher as most of us have already used it. Deals where to price is not 100% should only include the price in the description as a possible but the main price shown should be altered to the full price.

Thats rubbish, 2100 cards at Zavvi for £15.95? Rated extremely hot. 4200 for £25? Absolutely awesome! If even one person managed to find one and get it for the price I did then posting this deal (in its current format) was worthwhile. I found out about the Currys/PC World giveaway through a deal very much like this one, otherwise it would've passed me by! I don't see the point of your complaint about having already used the voucher either. If you've already had your fiver off then obviously you must go look elsewhere for your £25 points card!

Thanks to twotellys for posting info on the Grimsby store, hope you snaffled up some of that stock yourself!
