Some good prices on bars, cookies and spreads here, which we've also got free delivery on with no min spend. This is great, especially for anyone wanting to try something new, without having to spend extra for postage costs.

The peanut butter is a staple in my house (not an actual staple, although I don't doubt it's ability to stick paper together once dried )

At the moment it's showing that you can get a free shaker on a £20+ spend as well, which is a bonus while it lasts

Mentioned many times before but these sales are fake and constant. The prices more or less average out the same as they constantly change prices and test different marketing.

Oh and the bars are diabolical. I’ve had loads of free ones from them and have come to the conclusion there are no good tasting ‘healthy’ snack bar. Saying healthy though the ingredients printed don’t even fit on the side of the packet.

Looking at the ingredients for the protein bars, they contain a million things, sweeteners etc, stuff that is not good for you. They even have warnings for some:

"Warning: Excessive consumption may cause a laxative effect. Unsuitable for diabetics."

I eat lots of oats (Aldi) and peanut butter (myprotien) but it seems hard to find healthy protein bars that don't contain lots of crap.

Thanks OP, heat added!

it starts off alright, but by the time you're halfway down the tub it sets rock hard! You can't get it out never mind spread it without adding more oil/butter. I've had 2 tubs but won't bother again, same each time

I think about a week ago they used to give you free 250g protein if you paid delivery. So I asked them and they said they'd refund me after I order. Got free delivery from this and the refund confirmed 😁

Ordered. Love a bit of ‘no nasties’ almond nut spread but it’s usually quite pricey compared to peanuts. This code helps a lot. Thanks!

P.S. for peanut butter to end all peanut butters try Manilife, particularly crunchy dark roast and crunchy original.

Their prices are expensive compared to Myprotein. Even after 50%, its more.

You not mix it every time before using? Oil naturally separates.

Make your own, there is plenty simple recipes
Does anybody here actually go to the gym or are you taking this crap as snacks and sweets? Just because it's from a 'sports supplement supplier' doesn't mean it's health food. It is for the main part calorie dense processed rubbish full of chemicals that will just use up your daily calorie count and leave you feeling hungry. What's that.......you dont count your calories lol!

You tube the pleasure trap by Douglas Lisle, its a TED talk. Go to 10.20 if you dont have time to listen to all of it and hopefully you will get what he's saying. I'd even go so far to say these protein bars etc are junk food which always leaves you wanting more.

Hope this helps.

Agreed. After years of experimenting, I found the best thing for me was to have 2 large 1000 calorie meals having a salad before the meals made it even easier to get full. Been doing this for over a year and loving it so far.

I go to the gym 3 - 4 times a week, also run and cycle nearly every day.
Always find the two things that work for me are peanut butter and marmite sandwich, with top quality multi grain bread and yoghurt topped flapjacks, also take an electrolyte sub twice a day.
Good advice though, always check the sugar/fat content of all 'healthy snacks' (ok I know peanut butter has a very high fat content but it's the 'good' type ).
