Agreed. It's very, very poor.
Don't let Brewdog kid you, they're just as corporate as every other big beer company. Worse, they pretend that they're not.

Agreed. This stuff is rotten.
£43.73 for mixed 48 cans of their pale ales is ok though. Thanks op.
God awful this is literally trading on the name
I haven't tried this, but their previous lager wasn't up to much either.

I can't think of a single "craft" lager that has been worth the money though TBH. Quite happy drinking Co-op's own brand premium at £3.25 for 4 cans.

Even better, Lidls own brand lager is one of the nicest lagers on the market imo. £2.50 for 4 500ml cans

What's the name of the Lidl one?
TBH I'm not full of the hate for lost lager that others have, but the 12 cans of Hop House for £9 offer is much better in terms of cost and taste, if you want lager
FNC88809/06/2020 21:55

The premium pils one is 2.99, that's nice it's in a green can. The 2.50 is the blue can and begins with an E can't remember the name
My favourite drink at the minute is a pale ale from Tesco called Jaipur, 8 cans for £9

Thornbridge? If so, that's pretty much one of the most respected ales that Tesco sell.

That bundle contains 12 cans of alcohol free beer..
Ah well, shows how much I know about Lager / Beer, I like the Brewdog lost lager stuff !! only been practicing 35 years !! Must try harder !!
12 cans for £10 in Tesco if it helps anyone.

One of the Brewdog founders used to work for Thornbridge and while there made Jaipur. Tastes very similar to the Original Punk.

Shame it didn't stay lost.

Jamestown IPA from Thornbridge is a great beer if you like them hazy/fruity

Agree with you - only tried it recently, decided to give it a go alongside the usual Punk IPA which I really like. It reminds me of Bitburger.
Going against the grain here. I think it's top. £2.20 for 600ml bottles in Sainsbury's is a no brainer. IMO of course. If we all thought the same this planet would be dull as dish water - which is exactly what this beer isn't. I'll take the downvotes
FYI you can buy the same amount (subject to volume restrictions) from many supermarkets for £40.

Tesco’s comes to mind and is their normal price I.e. 12x333ml cans for £10

I still prefer it to the mass produced lagers. And think this is a good price per can. But don't think I would bother getting 48 of this just to get this price.

But voted hot.

It is "mass produced", though. Let's not get suckered in by the pretence that Brewdog is just a couple of hipsters brewing small batch stuff in an industrial unit in Ellon...
True, I meant the run of the mill supermarket brands Fosters, Stella, Bud etc.

I second that. Really dislike this lager. Tastes crap imho.

Nothing against craft, prefer it myself. Just can't stand Brewdog and their incessant virtue signalling.
