Unfortunately this is normal black tea, not green
Thanks, my wife drinks this .
£6.65 for 480 with S&S, legend, thanks.
Cheapest price is at Waitrose for this. Works out at £8.82 even then if you calculate it per teabag equivalent.

Probably best you stick to the Tea Phil.
Clipper use 25% plastic in the actual tea bags. So they are not compostable, biodegradable or suitable for people who like to avoid plastic.

Can Clipper tea bags be composted? In our opinion the tea bag paper we use is suitable for home composting. Square “pillow” bags do have a very thin layer of polypropylene plastic to enable the bags to be sealed, but in your compost bin this will break down into teeny tiny pieces.

I suspect most people simply don't care. So many other products are much more wasteful.

I'm sure most people don't care. I raised the point for people that do.

Can these even be called organic if they contain plastic?

I think you're doing it wrong. You're not supposed to eat the bag!

Haha.

I've bought these teabags for ages, we like the taste. They make such a big thing about using unbleached paper for the bags but the information about the plastic isn't so easy to find.

Exactly the same thing i came here to say, as someone else said it really is 95% a con. I can understand it not staying the price you ordered at forever but the first order can change price? really
