Been looking for a good deal on a 49 inch 4k TV, this Samsuung is a 10 bit panel for a good price.

**edit**

They called up to say it failed testing and offered a newer model. Won't ever suggest this company again

this isnt a new TV, its reboxed.

Thanks OP

Please Note: This model is a Reboxed Unit - Limited Stock is Available - All Reboxed models are inspected prior to delivery - If we are not happy with the condition of the unit an alternative model may be suggested.

Taken from the specification page. It's a lot of money fora used tv, that may or may not come because they haven't checked it for damages yet.

Stay away from this deal. As amazing as this tv there's a high risk of it having a fault especially because its second hand, quick search on here or Google will show that.

Likely to be my ks7000 that I returned to currys after experiencing bleeding issues, which neither samsung or currys wanted to fix! I wouldn't go ahead with this deal...

I bought this exact TV last week - they rang to say it was reboxed stock, and after testing it said it had a fault then offered this years model (which i refused*). I gave them the benefit of the doubt and dealing with the guy there was pleasant, but seeing as they still have it listed on the site i'm assuming they're using it to bait people into this years model. They also had a 55" version with the exact same problem.

*This model has what Samsung are now selling as QLED (quantum dot). What they will offer instead is the MU7000 which doesn't have quantum dot technology.

Yep they even keep it listed if they have none available. It's just a tactic to get you to call up so they can offer you something else instead. Same happened to me a couple of months ago.

I think John Lewis has that for £799. 5 year warranty too.

This set had enough issues when new, so 2nd hand you can almost guarantee problems

superglue anyone pmsl

I also bought a TV from Curry's about 3 months ago it was last stock and had Horrible screenburn in the top right from the Samsung Demo Videos, and I returned it as Samsung said they didn't make that panel anymore so couldn't fix it and Curry's just accepted the return.

Buy this fresh and its a brilliant TV
If they still exist....
