Cheers Op, ordered.

Can't be too bad for a 4G phone with a 4.7" screen, and also a Micro SD Card slot.
Any idea if it can be unlocked?

Also the £2.50 delivery seems to be Next Day RM delivery if ordered by 4pm.
Any reasonable unlock options? Is PSS classed as EE partners? Thanks.
Part-answer my own Q: "There are no charges for unlocking for pay as you go devices bought from EE and our indirect partners."

Absolute turd of a phone, I wouldn't even pay £15 for it. Our company trialled them and I'm still stuck with one. Constant signal issues, it's slow and unstable.

I'm sure there are much better budget phones out there if you shop around. Even at slightly more than £15, you'd be buying a much better device.
cex offer £28 grade a I brought 2 to sell to cex

"...and I'm still stuck with one", but it mostly works, right? Otherwise it would presumably have been replaced - or maybe your boss just hates you? :).

I'd say for £15, what you describe is as much as you can expect.
Anyway to unlock these cheaply? Cannot find it on ebay do these phone go under another name?

Order two to get the free postage, sell one for £28 - £2 spare phone! They seem to sell for slightly more on ebay, but not sure its worth the extra hassle.

There's a bunch of us stuck with them with the only current option being old knackered Galaxy S3 Minis. The old IT guy bought a tonne of these things either thinking he was getting a bargain or because he's a sadistic **** (he left shortly after). Now we're stuck in the middle of a tender with another network, promising S7s. The tender's been going on for Months though!

I suppose if someone's after a super-budget smartphone and they're willing to put up with something like this, that's their call. If I still have this phone when the 3310 comes out though, I'm just buying one of those out of my own pocket and shoving the sim card in that to tide me over to whatever new phone we get. I can work from my own smartphone or my laptop, so I only really need something to make calls with - and the Harrier is unreliable for even that!

Surely, you can't be suggesting this description might be a bit optimistic?:

"Powerful performance

With a 4.7 inch HD screen and a 1.2 GHz processor, the Harrier Mini is ideal for running multiple apps, gaming, browsing the web and listening to your favourite music tracks. Enjoy doing things you love whilst enjoying a responsive performance."
Probably the cheapest hardware to access unlimited 4G tethering when used in conjuction with an AYCE SIM on 3 network. Heat.
Oos email after placing my order

Not surprising, Sainsbury's Phone Shop do this all the time. The last 3 orders I placed with them were cancelled afterwards due to no stock.
