TPO has launched 4G plan at affordable price beating ID mobile deals. For £6.99 you'll get 2Gb data, 600 mins and unlimited texts. It's a 30 day contract so worth trying it. Hope it helps someone!

Who's network do they use ????

Seems like a great deal. Checking out the website trying to see if it's too good to be true and not an introductory offer or similar, but as far as I can tell that's the standard price.

Just be aware that TPO's customer service isn't great - it's not terrible, but i've asked them multiple times to look in to an issue surrounding my mum's data sim and they still haven't.

Either way, this does tend to show Virgin up somewhat as they also use EE but have made no inroads to providing it at all.

You might want to update your description from "600 mins and unlimited minutes" to "600 mins and unlimited texts" :-)

Agree with you....many MVNOs don't spend monies on customer services, instead, they give cheaper tariffs. I used vectone before: they got poorest customer service among all the operators, I think TPO will be little better than vectone

They've been perfectly pleasant and capable whenever i've had to deal with them - they even let me pay for my mum's sim for a year up front as well which was handy, but their technical support is where the pain in the **** really is

I was with TPO up until a few months ago, when they changed their pricing structure, what I had would have gone from £12 to over £25. Obviously, I left, as I am sure many others of their customers did. I didn't have any other problems with them and customer service was fine.

Stupid way to run a business though, they could have kept me as a customer - and upgraded me to a 4g plan now they are available.

Having just looked at their web site, it seems that all their prices are back to what they were pricewise. So the 6GB plan I had is now back to £12. I assume they lost a shed load of customers, and had to do a U-Turn! Incompetent bean counting managers, thinking they can increase prices and profits, without losing customers.

Here we go, this as a quote from the email they sent me, informing me that my £11.99 6GB unlimited text/minutes plan would now be twice the price:

"| We’re launching a new range of plans which offer more flexibility, allowing you to customise your plan to suit your needs.
Your plan will change from 1st December 2015.

From 1st December 2015 as your current £11.99 monthly plan is no longer available, we’re migrating you to the new £11.99 monthly plan which now includes 1 GB, 100 minutes and 100 texts. If you’re happy with this option, there is no need to contact us as your new £11.99 plan will start automatically from 1st December.
"

Thats 4 months to do a complete u-turn, must have been a disaster for them.

I believe they will hike the price at some point on this deal too. As it is 30 day contract many people including me will leave when it happens.

Indeed, its easy to get a PAC code and change providers, so you have to make hay while the sun shines.

Just be aware that as a mobile company it is a statutory duty to have lousy customer service

Come back OVIVO - barely any minutes or txts...but at least it was free !

Great price, Shane they don't have a 4GB 4G deal yet. That's my minimum requirement.

WOEFUL customer service. The worst (and I've encountered some terrible cs) I've had! Took 3 weeks to port a number, tried charging for another month after its cancelled

I always had decent customer service from TPO porting in, porting out and a couple of queries. Plus they always ran decent Twitter competitions, and randomly sent Pizza Express vouchers to my email

Looks good if you can get ee signal I can't where I work 12 hrs a day so not for me ..

Cannot see the plan....Am I clicking on wrong link?

Thanks..... But seems am doing something wrong as I still cannot see the plan....scrolled down and it just shows me all the unlimited talk plans and the 2gb one comes up as Noble plan at $25.

Excellent deal, thanks OP. Already on their 500MB 3G deal for £4.99 for my iPad. Will switch ASAP.

Question to anyone that's used this. Is it as easy to change plan or stop the rolling contract as it is on Giffgaff?

below that page on that link, there are other options too , including £4.50 a month for 2 GB instead of 1 GB but what i dont understand, these offers seems to come with iphones...i am confused as ive never used mobiles.co.uk before, - can i get say the 2GB offer with an iphone?

iit says -

EE 4G iPhone £17.99 2GB SIM Only 12m
Unlimited texts 2GB data
Save over £162 Cashback by redemption £4.50 Per month (£17.99 before cashback)

Question -

Does TPO allow tethering with this 2Gb ?

Does EE allow teathering with their data offers?

Thanks

Shame. I was with them last year and whilst the data speeds weren't great I always had signal. I've tried 3 and ID mobile and struggle to get a signal at home or a few other places (indoors). Would have considered joining if they were still using EE

If you have tried them recently then I agree you have to stick with what you can get a signal on. However if you tried them a couple of years ago, or on 2G/3G but now have a 4G phone, I would suggest trying again with a free PAYG sim just to be sure. I used to have that same problem, but the 3 signal in my area is now great. In fact I have some areas where there is no EE signal and one area I know has no signal on any network for 2G/3G, however I did get a Three 4G signal there.

With the Three-O2 merger still a strong possibility and the promises of even more investment if it goes ahead, the outlook of putting an MVNO on Three seems good.

4G has been coming for over 5 months has it arrived yet? From my experience simply 3G only

I've had no bad experience with receiption or service from TPO. The line on the website and in the auto-response is that existing customers will have access to 4G from July. However, I used the customer service form to request being moved to this plan and received a quick reply that it has been changes.

"We are just writing to confirm that your request for your TPO plan has been received.

From the 1st of April your new TPO plan will be 2GB of 4G data, 600 mins and unlimited texts for £6.99 p/month"

do TPO cap?

£7.33 Topcashback. They pay out VERY quickly in my experience.
