Looking at this: ark.intel.com/Pro…765 the processor FSB is the same speed as this memory. And looking at this: asus.com/Pro…ons it would seem that your motherboard does support that speed.
So you should see some benefit. Be careful though, these sticks are quite tall, so make sure nothing would get in the way (like the CPU Heatsink/fan):
