they will be selling staff kidneys and lungs anytime soon as that is all they are good for as far as Argos is concerned . I am surely not the only one who is aware that they will all be replaced with an extension of the conveyor belt to the customer that cuts out the overly self important headset wearing nobody (not my opinion) but in the race to the bottom will Argos be the one to fully automate a shop which really has no need for human staff or interaction.

I see Plusnet and BT are again at the top of the quarterly 'whinge list' prepared by the regulator. To be fair I am not sure the other providers are all that much better.

I got this through a Uswitch deal a while back. Even better I rang yesterday to say I was leaving to a Virgin deal I'd seen and they then dropped the price down to £7.50 a month. Result!

So basically it’s another £1 for an extra 500mb over the previous deal , na thanks il stick with the one before cheer

Be warned as a long time user of Life mobile, the quality of service has dived since they were acquired by plusnet. I tried cancelling last week. It took me 20 minutes to get through. They were fine to give me full access to my account after a security check. However to cancel, I had to answer a further barrage of security questions lasting 5 more minutes, at the end of which I was told I apparently didnt answer all correctly so refused to give me my PAK code. I was livid. Be prepared to be by you laptop, logged in and have every smidgen of detail handy if you want to leave!

I for one will be complaining to OFCOM about them.

They weren’t acquired by plusnet BT just changed their name when they took over EE. I was with them when they were life customer service was good but when I tried to cancel it was a terrible experience told the guy if you talk to people like that they will never come back. Went to them when they became plusnet and offer 4g had to cancel as we had a sim issue they wouldn’t help with got the PAC with no issues been back with them now with 3 sims and no issues at all, might want to call and ask for a manager, I have spoken to them the last few months to change kids packages to the new ones got through in a couple of minutes first thing in the morning on webchat

Got this deal over a year ago when the network was LIFE mobile. Still paying £1 a month for it. Should have got a few in them 😭

Swapped from 3 to the 5gb deal but been really disappointed with the network coverage.
Dont think it's as good as 3 yet ee is supposed to be superior.

I understand your point it doesn't mean that EE will cover all areas of UK. You have to find out which network provides the best coverage in your area

I always say mobile signal depends on where you live and travel

I have 2 since life and pay £1 for them still.

Do agree with the customer service, which is odd as broadband wise plusnet win for customer service.

I used to be with 3 for 10 odd years, never had a problem with signal, it was customer service that was awful. Since moving from North London to East London, the signal Ive had from Plusnet has been terrible. I have no choice but to leave. Might go back to 3 to see if theyre any better. In my experience, 3 have always had the best service despite their reputation.

3 retention deals are worth investigating for those tempted to move.

I'm on 4GB data (no tethering though), unlimited calls and texts for £7 a month thanks to a call before jumping ship.

pay a £1 more ( use the new coin) and you can get 6GB data with virgin but its 12month contract

I travel all over UK on a weekly basis .My point was based on that .EE advertise the greatest coverage ??Not in my experience.

I am looking to switch to a deal like this but I just googled and it seems that Plusnet are pretty much the only provider that will not block access to premium numbers? Is this correct?

Was pleased with this offer until my navigation today started playing up. Really slow connection. Here looking to go back to three.

for £9 it says 500 minutes (not 2000 minutes)
