Product Description
4KUHD Film Collection (Assassin's Creed, The Martian, Kingsman & Prometheus) Blu-rayPlease note this is a region B Blu-ray and will require a region B or region free Blu-ray player in order to play. Each movie contains 1 4K disc and 1 Blu-ray disc.

Assassin’s Creed
Oscar nominee Michael Fassbender stars in this big-screen action-adventure, based on the wildly popular gaming phenomenon. Fassbender plays Callum Lynch, who experiences the life of his 15th century ancestor through a technology that unlocks his genetic memories. Callum discovers he once belonged to a secret society of assassins and amasses lethal skills to take on the oppressive Templars.

Kingsman
Based upon the acclaimed comic book and directed by Matthew Vaughn (Kick Ass, X-Men First Class), the film tells the story of The Kingsman; a super-secret spy organization that recruits an unrefined but promising street kid into his agency’s ultra-competitive training program just as a global threat emerges from a twisted tech genius.

Prometheus
After scientists Elizabeth Shaw (Noomi Rapace, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo) and Charlie Holloway (Logan Marshall-Green, Devil) discover mysterious cave drawings that point to the origins of mankind, they soon find themselves aboard the spaceship Prometheus, sponsored by Weyland Industries and on a journey to uncover the secrets of humanity. Overseen by the imperious Meredith Vickers (Charlize Theron, Snow White and the Huntsman), looked after by the android David (Michael Fassbender, X-Men: First Class), and backed up by a team of scientists, Shaw and Holloway arrive on the isolated moon LV-223 to discover an abandoned alien spaceship and the truth that not all is as it seems.

The Martian
During a manned mission to Mars, Astronaut Mark Watney (Matt Damon) is presumed dead after a fierce storm and left behind by his crew. But Watney has survived and finds himself stranded and alone on the hostile planet. With only meager supplies, he must draw upon his ingenuity, wit and spirit to subsist and find a way to signal to Earth that he is alive. Millions of miles away, NASA and a team of international scientists work tirelessly to bring the Martian home, while his crewmates concurrently plot a daring, if not impossible rescue mission. As these stories of incredible bravery unfold, the world comes together to root for Watney’s safe return. Based on a best-selling novel, and helmed by master director Ridley Scott, The Martian features a star studded cast that includes Jessica Chastain, Kristen Wiig, Kate Mara, Michael Pena, Jeff Daniels, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Donald Glover.

All fox studio films.
It’s the Poundland collection, minus x-men

I know Prometheus and the Martian suck. I'm pretty sure Assassin's Creed also sucks. Don't know about the last one. Who is this compilation for? People that randomly have not seen either, got nothing to do and still wants physical media?

To be fair I loved Kingsman, but seems a random selection for sure.

As already said. All FOX films. At the time they took a bunch of popular 'big' UHD titles and put them in a collection.

Good price. Hot.

Assassin's Creed is the only one in the set that actually sucks. The rest have their merits. Yes, even Prometheus.

Despite none of them being available in Poundland

Funny how I got them there then. And in 3d. Other usual suspects are ‘planet of the apes’, ‘star trek’ (which, despite Poundland not selling them, is where i got them from also)

Especially when Lisbeth Salander performs self-abortion in Prometheus. Supercool, realistic and necessary.

No. You didn't get them at Poundland. Look at the first post again.

4k versions?

Yes of course, specifically where I mentioned that they were in 3D and not 4k

Well, now you really are making it up.

These are UHDs. You know, NOT Blu-rays. If you bought a 3D UHD you are very lucky. Quite possibly the only one in existence.

That’s exactly what I said. 3D UHD Ultraviolet Blu Ray 4k Versatile Mini Disc. I’m glad we’re finally on the same page and that you now love Poundland. Have a nice day!

You really weren’t trolling me all that time?! Jeesh. The movie titles displayed are Poundland’s usual 3d Blu Ray titles that the have every week, that I made a passing comment about. God knows where you went after that.

Maybe you’re too young to remember mini disc. It was the Sony format. A Versatile disc is a DVD. Before that? Tape!
No. I know what A MiniDisc was. I used to have a machine in my hi-fi. I used to enjoy faffing around adding track info etc.
I just didn't know what a 'Versatile Mini Disc' was. A digital versatile disc was a DVD. Before that there was LaserDisc, of which I still have around 700.

Too young? I'm 52 and I've had a home cinema since 1989

BTW I have around 600 BDs from Poundland, I loved them a long time ago
