These are a great price delivered. I have the Philips smart bulbs throughout the house but these Wiz strip lights in my kitchen, they were a doddle to set up, work flawlessly with the Alexa app to set specific timings or colours you want or any echo device to verbally command them to go on or off.
Even though made by Philips they are so much cheaper than the Philips branded ones and in my experience work just as well

alternatively ... can one starter kit and one extension kit be connected but be 1m apart from each other ? (edited)
Our cooker is built in to an upright cabinet to the ceiling and a separate hob and extractor fan built into the counter, so only have lights along the galley length of the plinth at the bottom about 4m and the 4 cabinets above the worktop about 2.5 metres
The starter pack has an electrical plug and the extension pack has a connector to the starter pack so you don’t need an extra plug for the extension strip.
Just make sure you have enough plug sockets close to the start of the extension packs as each starter pack will need a socket
I had the the wires hidden behind the cabinets and a set of sockets fitted inside the cabinets to keep it all tidy, when the kitchen was fitted, but from memory you get about 2-3ft of wiring from the plug to the beginning of the starter pack lights, but not 100% sure on that
From memory think I paid nearly £70 on a deal for my 2 starter packs and 2 extension packs, so this seems a very decent price based on that (edited)
Easy to set up, put mine on a timer from dusk to 10pm and can set them to any colour that takes my fancy all through the Alexa app or Verbally via echo show 15 in the kitchen
Can integrate into Home Assistant also
