can you elaborate pls, so we know what happened with you and what to expect if one of us still decide to buy from them

Do you get the Base too?

Great price op. Just ordered one. I've used this company before for radiators and they were fine.

No its just the frame.

Looks like a deal- thanks for posting.
4mm is a little on the thin side. Might be worth considering somethinga little thicker 6 mm or 8mm.

We have just had a full bathroom suit and tiles delivered and whilst the sales staff were great the after sales service is shockingly bad and currently having great difficulty getting an item that was signed for as damaged on delivery replaced and as it is at the moment wouldn't recommend this company.

Agreed definately go for a minimum of 6mm

I agree 8mm for bathroom glass ..slip into it and 4 mm won't support you

I would not recommend this company, as a trade purchaser paid extra for guaranteed next day had people ready on site, delivery came 2 days later after calling them a number of times, delivery note suggested order had not been packed and crated at their warehouse for a day and a half

Good price. just remember when fitting make sure you don't knock the glass anywhere, not even one tap as these shatter with a knock when they are not fitted. Once they are in they are fine. Used to fit bathrooms and in all that time I managed to break 3. Always remember to silicone the tray before you fit these as the silicone has to reach all the way around the tray and be totally dry before you fit this. Then once fitted silicone the whole way around the outside edge. Never silicone on the insides of the cubicle.4mm is a bit thin but sure it would be ok. Normally 6mm. On ebay the 6mm ones are about £110

4mm is VERY THIN indeed. Better to spend more for at least 8mm thick glass.

I ordered a full suite from here just before new year, delivered two days later, noticed shower tray had a crack but customer service have arranged collection and delivery next Saturday no fuss.

Extra tip if anyone is in the Manchester area I'd also recommend Brooklyn Trading for any tiling, gobsmackingly great value.

4mm?? Better not fart in there and sex is definitely out of the question

I bought a number of items from them and the quality was poor. Even now I have a toilet that sometimes continually runs because the flush plate mechanism is a bit dodgy, not ideal when your on a water meter and the kids flush it and don't realise that its still running. At the time the items were replaced several times each. To their credit, they were good about sorting out the exchanges. However this resulted in me incurring a number of additional charges because i'd lined up a plumber to fit the items, but given the poor quality they said that they wouldn't fit them because they would just end up leaking. Better Bathrooms offered to compensate me for the additional plumbing charges, but when i followed up on this they stopped responding to my correspondence.

I would normally have used the sale of goods act to get a full refund for everything, however the plumber had already fitted the wall hung brackets etc and they'd been tiled over. So I was pretty much left at the point of ripping out all the tiles and having different toilet bracket fitted or attempting the exchanges.

This caused me a lot of needless stress and much expense, so I just can't recommend them and hope that no one else goes through anything similar. I'm feeling the stress even now as I type this, sorry to be so negative, but it was a very painful experience.

My grouse with Betterbathrooms is they don't reveal the tile thicknesses in the shop display plus the displays hide how thick. Their wall tiles turned out to be thicker than expected and it was difficult to get the right metal edging (that had to come from Wickes). Mitigating factor was that they have some late night click and collect warehouses, this came in handy to buy a pack, ordered evening collected at 9pm, when we ran out the day before tiler finished.
