Contact nectar they have a chat facility so should sort it out.

Your missing out on the weekly offers
Eg i get 50p back on a 80p garlic bread if i purchase in next two days...can do as many times i want aslong as it seperate transactions

yes same here - tried on Nectar webpage takes me to eBay home page with no activate now button. Also tried from New Nectar app which shows the same 4x offer - offer link takes me to eBay sign in page and after that no activate button or confirmation that offer has been activated.

So basically doesn't work....

Not really Nectar's fault.It is account specific and OP should have pointed it out from the start- Glad Mods altered it was misleading

Did not qualify and spent 40 quid. Eek.

I have the offer showing when I log in via my browser to Nectar and also in the Android app but like others have said when I click through to eBay, already logged in, there's nothing telling me I've activated an offer like there usually is. I check my Android app for loaded offers and this offer hasn't loaded. It still shows as available so I click through via the app and sign in, again nothing notifying me I've activated an offer. I go back to the app, check loaded offers, and there are none, but the deal is still there saying it's available.

I tried adding a few items to my basket totalling over £10 but eBay just tell me I'll get 10 Nectar points for the sale. Usually eBay would already notify me I'd qualify for 40 points if the offer was active, they wouldn't appear later without 1st letting me know I'd activated the offer, showing it in the app as a loaded offer and showing at checkout in eBay that I would get 40 points instead of 10. Heat for the heads up OP, but I think Nectar have screwed this one up. I'll give it more tries over the next couple of days. Cheers!

Yes. Finding they are less and less relevant. Gave up checking the Nectar site a couple of months ago.

I'd like it even more if it wasn't capped at a £300!

This looks like it is only for some selected accounts. I received an email from Nectar about this offer but the link they provided does nothing just like the link in this thread. All I have is that useless 20% off selected sellers which is totally useless to me. Another waste of time IMO.

Yes this offer is on your account and you're opted into this. But as per the t's and c's of the offer, bonus points will be awarded 28 days after the offer expiry date, and this expires tomorrow. Most eBay offers opt you in automatically when accessed by the link on your account or email.

In my experience their customer care is pretty helpful, as long as the offer is loaded and doesn’t credit, if you contact them after 28 days they will add the points to your account - I personally have never had any issues with them. Hope it helps.
