Must be a one-off.

Not a one off. Currys had stacks of Duracell rechargeables (2650 AA, and C & D Too) and also Encore ones (2700AA with C and D convertors. They were on the website and then it showed no stock but branches still seemed to have loads.

Are these NiMH or Alkaline?

[quote=pet2000;8008791I've got these from 7-day shop. They last for ages and cheaper than Duracell

Can't disagree.

Most people will find them as convenient as disposables.

Netto have the same 4 pack of batteries for £4.99 + £4.99 for Duracell charger (comes with 2 batteries) from today:thumbsup:

Any truth in that the recently manufactured Duracell rechargeables are not good?
