I understand this is account specific but no idea why it’s expired and cold. Clicked the link and one of my accounts was indeed eligible. Wasn’t £5 either

Not on my account.Cold vote issued.Kindest regards

Oh my, a cold vote from someone who is either unable to grasp a concept of an account specific deal (says in the title) or is simply ignoring that...Wow, not sure what I am going to do with my life now

Are you sure about that? I had a Mastercard in my account (it was not set as a primary payment method), so I changed to use that instead and got £5 credit as promised. Also, you don't need to use 1-Click to claim £5, you just need to change the settings for it

Wondering why so cold? Does it not work for anyone at all?

keep an eye out, last year they only updated a few accounts initially, then loads as it got closer to prime day.
You can't just open the link, it wont work, you have to take it to amazon home page and on the left size there is banner, click that first. Then you can redeem it, worked on 2 of my accounts.

Same for me - I had the banner offering £10 credit towards next eligible purchase - thanks OP
Banner popped up for me too, £10 for me and I've used this promotion before. You don't even need to use 1-click checkout, just change the setting to a mastercard. the credit is just loaded and applied to any sold and despatched by amazon. May help to have a mastercard on account that this not the default card.

You can never please everyone, that's the internet. You're helping some people though so don't let the negatives outweigh the positives
Laura i havnt seen you in a while dont get down people will always complain thanks for posting as usual hot! Hope your well.
None of my accounts letting me do this -/all coming up with 'not eligible
Same old same old... Obviously, it doesn't work for 99%
Hot, but I'm not eligible for this promotion damn.
Not eligible
Hiltron0901/07/2019 21:28

Ye me too.

By clicking through on this, or via email or a banner on Amazon?

OP, this isn’t going super hot because these offers tend to be for a very limited number of accounts. Don’t quite understand the obsession with getting heat that seems so widespread on here. No need to take it personally, thanks for posting.
Says not eligible

Just a banner I had going direct. Not by this link.
not eligible
I wonder if following that and getting not eligible then prevents you seeing the banner that would make you eligible?

Also like to point out I just did this and try to set my payment back to my debit card on the checkout screen and I couldn't use the £10 promotion it gave me. You have to use the mastercard to get the promotional credit. So please don't misinform people unless you actually try it

Thanks for checking. I've tried it myself just now and you are absolutely right.
You must use the Mastercard you have chosen to get the promo credit at the check out.
Cheers
I got £10 promotional credit also, and used this type of offer before about 6 month's ago I think. Thanks OP
Worked for me again! Heat added
£10 thanks!
