Seems like one of those, 'solution to a problem that doesn't really exist' creations.
I find it easier to just roll them up into a ball and chop with knife. Takes seconds and always gives great results

These are rubbish. Use a knife.

I use scissors like these for cutting up paper I wanna shred, don't have a shredder as it won't get used much so it has it's uses. Just not on herbs.
Any good for cutting hair?

Me too but for people with dexterity issues then these may be of some help
knife does the same job and cheaper

I use one of these to cut up chicken finely to put on the dog biscuits Less chicken goes further and the fussy dog is more inclined to eat her food.
Roll your herbs and then chop em for quick and easy chopping as people on here have said before.
What is even better is - Freeze your herbs. When you take them out of the freezer quickly crush them in your hands.
No need for chopping then.

Great if your dexterity allows you to do that but don't assume that everyone is as able as you are - there are people with arthritis who cannot roll herbs or hold a knife safely
