Thompson & Morgan is a HORRIBLE COMPANY!
I ordered from Thompson & Morgan in February 2010 and still have not received anything. No response to email messages (other than an auto response: "We have send out all orders") and they operate an expensive enquiry line. I will never order again from those people. This deal is cold.

I wished I had read this feedback before my order:
I placed an order for plants in Nov 08 and received my confirmation and first delivery on time. Since then I have sent numerous e-mails trying to find out when the remaining plants will arrive. Every time an automated reply is received but no further communication from them. I also have called their customer help line several times (0844, that’s how they treat their customers by charging them higher call charges) but constantly kept on the line ...
...to make contact with a 'real person'. I called the 0844 number this Saturday and gave up after 10 minutes so I dialled the normal office number to be advised the office was closed on Saturdays. They obviously have no idea how to treat their customers of which I will not be one in the future nor recommend them. There are many other companies out there who can offer a proper service. ..(ciao.co.uk)

i have ordered from this company 4 times in the past and they have always sent good healthy plants, despatched when said and found there special offers like this one to be competitively priced to my local garden centres.

I realise you take a risk getting items by post but they haven't failed me so far and I am more than happy to recommend based on my own experience.

My tree peonies are now showing tiny buds - flowers about the size of a dinner plate, when they open - a well recommended plant, for early summer colour in the garden.

Seems a great price!

Just tried it by clicking on go to deal and added to basket. Shows free p&p total £14.99 for me, same as this morning?

Your right, changed since this morning adjusted description accordingly

DO NOT order from this company. I have lost my money to these crooks. Never received anything and impossible to contact. Trying to chargeback on credit card but because it's under £100 will probably not be successful. Have informed Trading Standards.

Although some people have received their order, here is a web site of people who didn't (take your chance if you like to gamble)

Delivered by Parcelforce at 7.30 this morning! Thanks, OP. … Delivered by Parcelforce at 7.30 this morning! Thanks, OP. :thumbsup:Will need to get some compost later today...a nice soil-based compost with added grit/sand for drainage.

Mine did too, roots all seemed healthy on the plants and loads of big white healthy shoots from the branches well pleased had 1 plant that arrived split in two at the base but planted anyway hopefully 1 of the two parts will still take?, just got to wait 3 or 4 years for them to start flowering now.

Just checked still selling at same price but showing despatch date of November 2010 now not May so guess that's when the next lot will be ready for despatch if anyone else is interested.
