TCB to Zeek credit [which included a 15% bonus topup]
went via TCB to Zeek site and purchased an £100 Argos card for £29ish [after credit taken off] Seller was doing one for £100 for £92
Purchase said items via TCB on Argos. I got a camera and PS4 official headset for £99.98

Checked back at TCB and got more cashback for my items at Argos @ £1.05
and low and behold, I got cashback from Zeek via TCB to the tune of £6.30.
Both tracked and pending.

So overall, a £100 argos card [after TCB cashback] only cost me approx £21.70 of my own money.

That’s nothing to do with this Zeek. Must be another. Read it. Zeek has never had Zeek Rewards and has always been a gift card shop.

I have quidco/tcb redemption vouchers for £100. Will they be kind enough to let me use these towards claiming an extra £10?

Completely legitimate website
Shame that they decided to not put the Zeek pay-in through Quidco/TCB as part of this - coz I would have thought thats just another form of paying for the GCs and should have been included. Outside of that a good offer indeed - an additional 10% off on the cards, have some heat.
Thanks o
Zeek used to be great, they don’t have so many retailers available now and there’s a hefty delivery fee for physical vouchers. Was good whilst it lasted!
Although tracked it’s pretty much certain that the Zeek part will be changed from tracked to declined at some point.

And now they also seem to charge some sort of processing fee for buying vouchers too. There's little incentive for me to use Zeek now.
I’ve used Zeek a few times, buying gift cards for different retailers. My first couple of cards worked a treat. Unfortunately the last card didn’t work, and at the time there was very little customer support to help me get a refund for supplying what was an already expired/used code. This must’ve been well over a year ago now and the site does look much more improved nowadays. Sceptical to try again, although when it works you can’t fault the idea.
How does this company make money?
I only went and spent £120 on 27th...

Am I missing something here? Card cost £92, bonus top up would £13.80, £7.35 in cash back.
Down to about £70. So there’s near £50 come from somewhere to get it to £21.70?

... and approx £55 you had as cash previously earned through TCB so around £76.70 in total then for your £100 Argos Card which is still good I guess.

He wont have got a topup as he used Zeek credit obtained through converting his TCB payout to a Zeek Credit payment.

Also , he used around £55 of his previously earned TCB rewards (from previous purchases) to contribute to this so the Argos Gift Card cost him around £76.70 in total if the TCB pays out.

The £6.30 cashback from Zeek is also a 'New Customer' rate and only valid for your first purchase , otherwise its around the £1.00 mark

Have used zeek in the past and they're legit and works fine. However some of the gift cards can be obtained much cheaper elsewhere. They're offering 3% on Argos but you can get Argos at a 20% discount via completesavings.co.uk
I’ve used Zeek a lot, since before the days it was promoted on moneysavingexpert and the discounts were slashed (Starbucks for example were always around 25%, right now they’re at 2%).
They have gone downhill recently. Discounts dropped, introduced a “processing” fee to buy, and when they run promotions like this the few slightly better rates that they did have all seem to disappear until after the promo has finished.
Combined with a bonus through quidco or TCB payout they’re still good value (although that excludes you from the Zeek promos as you can’t use credit for those) but buying direct, not so much.
Downloaded this when I saw it on gadget show, got 6% off halfords and I still have money left over. Awesome app shame the codes don't appear as a barcode so you will have to stand up for a while at the tills lol
Morrison’s was the best, 10% off fuel for a good few months and even got cash change. Those days are gone 😪 With the new fees, I really don’t see why anyone would use it now, not worth the hassle to save just a few pounds.
I've learnt a hard lesson with Zeek, i transferred my Quidco to them, and went to buy the credit with Currys/PC World, and it says on the side that you are limited to 12 purchase per month, but for some reason, i am unable to buy any more and have to wait till the 1st before i can do so.

This really annoyed me as i only cashbacked via Zeek to get the vouchers to buy the item today. Now i have to wait till the 1st. I'm going to contact them to resolve this, fingers crossed.

Be aware though that buying vouchers using your Zeek credit cashed in via Quidco doesn't count towards this promotion - so don't let that influence your buy !

How does this company make money?

Same like any other middle-men company like Amazon/ebay etc do - buy at a cheaper rate from the seller, sell at a bit of markup to the buyer - laugh your way to the bank at the expense of both - or something along those lines

Im just wondering, if i purchase say £500 worth of vouchers for currys on zeek and then use topcashback on the currys site for a £500 item. Will this track at £0 (as ive used a voucher) or £50 (being it at 10% atm)?

I have been thinking about this as well. But tcb t&c says:
What will stop me getting cashback?
  • Using a promotional/voucher code, including codes advertised directly on the merchant site or product page.
  • You will not earn cashback if you buy products exclusively for the purpose of resale, including private businesses, Ebay businesses and Amazon store business.
