What’s the offer?
We are offering 5 days of free travel across the London Midland network to all season ticket holders who were affected by the problems in autumn 2012. The 5 free tickets will each allow 1 day’s unlimited travel on London Midland trains (1st class season ticket holders will receive 1st class tickets).

Who qualifies?
Any person who held a season ticket for travel on London Midland services for at least 28 days between 10 September and 8 December 2012 and was affected by disruption. The days do not need to be consecutive (e.g. a 7 day season ticket purchased once a month from September to December).

Are all season tickets included?
Rail seasons, Scholar passes, Travelcard seasons, and ntrain/nnetwork seasons are eligible as long as they meet the other criteria set out above. You can also claim if you held a Travelcard that included travel between Euston and Watford Junction (whether or not it was on an Oyster card).

How to apply
If you are part of Centro’s Direct Debit or Corporate Travel season ticket schemes - or you hold a Scholar Pass - you will receive the free tickets automatically and do not need to apply separately. All other season ticket holders will need to complete a short online application form which will be available on the London Midland website from 5 February - 31 March 2013.

On what date will the free tickets expire?
The tickets will be valid until 31 March 2014.
